            ၁ပေရာဖက္ဟဗကၠဳတ္ခံရေသာ ဗ်ာဒိတ္ေတာ္အခ်က္ဟူမူကား၊ ၂အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ္ေတာ္သည္ ၾကားေတာ္မမူဘဲ၊ အဘယ္မွ်ကာလပတ္လံုးအကြၽႏ္ုပ္ေအာ္ဟစ္ရပါမည္နည္း။ ကယ္တင္ေတာ္မမူဘဲ အကြၽႏု္ပ္သည္ အဓမၼအမႈကိုခံ၍၊ ေရွ႔ေတာ္၌အဘယ္မွ်ကာလပတ္လံုး ေအာ္ဟစ္ရပါမည္နည္။ ၃မတရားေသာ အမႈကုိ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ အားအဘယ္ေၾကာင့္ျပေတာ္မူသနည္း။ အဓမၼအမႈကို အဘယ္ေၾကာင့္ျမင္ေစေတာ္မူ သနည္း။ လုယူျခင္း၊ အႏုိင္အထက္ ျပဳျခင္းအမႈသည္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ေရွ႔မွာ အဘယ္ေၾကာင့္ ရွိရပါသနည္း။ ျငင္းခံုျခင္း၊ ရန္ေတြ႔ျခင္းကိုလည္း၊ အဘယ္ေၾကာင့္လူခ်င္းျပဳရပါသနည္း။ ၄သို႔ျဖစ္၍ တရားေလ်ာ့ပါ၏။ တရားသျဖင့္ စီရင္ဆံုးျဖတ္ျခင္းမရွိပါ။ မတရား ေသာသူတို႔သည္ ေျဖာင့္မတ္ေသာသူတို႔ကို ဝိုင္းေသာေၾကာင့္၊ မတရားသျဖင့္ စီရင္ဆံုးျဖတ္ၾကပါ၏။ ၅သစၥာပ်က္ ေသာသူတို႔ ၾကည့္ရႈဆင္ျခင္၍ အလြန္မႈိင္ေတြၾကေလာ့။ အေၾကာင္းမူကား၊ သင္တု႔ိအား သူတပါးျပဳညြန္ေသာ္လည္း သင္တုိ႔မယံုေသာအမႈကုိ သင္တို႔လက္ထက္ ကာလ၌ ငါျပဳ၏။ ၆ျပင္းထန္လွ်င္ျမန္ေသာ ခါလဒဲအမ်ဳိးကုိ ငါႏႈိးေဆာ္၏။ ကိုယ္မပုိင္ေသာ ေနရာအရပ္တို႔ကုိ သိမ္းယူျခင္းငွါ၊ ေျမတျပင္လံုး၌ ခ်ီသြားၾကလိမ့္မည္။ ၇အလြန္ေၾကာက္မတ္ဘြယ္ ေသာသူျဖစ္၍ ကုိယ္အလုိအေလ်ာက္ တရားစီရင္ဆံုးျဖတ္ၾကၿပီ။ ၈သူတို႔၏ ျမင္းသည္က်ားသစ္ထက္ လွ်င္ျမန္၏။ ညဥ့္၌လည္ေသာ ေတာေခြးထက္ၾကမ္းတမ္း၏။ ျမင္းစီးသူရဲတို႔သည္ အေဝးကလာ၍ ခုန္ၾကလိမ့္မည္။ အေကာင္ကို ကိုက္စားျခင္းငွါ၊ လွ်င္ျမန္ေသာ ေရႊလင္းတကဲ့သုိ႔ ျပန္လာၾကလိမ့္မည္။ ၉ထုိသူအေပါင္းတို႔သည္ ညွဥ္းဆဲျခင္းငွါ လာၾက၏။ ေရွ႔သို႔သာမ်က္ႏွာျပဳေသာ အလံုးအရင္ျဖစ္၍၊ ဘမ္းမိေသာသူတို႔ကို သဲလံုးႏွင့္ အမွ်စုေဝးေစၾကလိမ့္မည္။ ၁ဝရွင္ဘုရင္တုိ႔ကုိအားမနာ မင္းမ်ားတို႔ကုိျပက္ယယ္ျပဳၾကလိမ့္မည္။ ရဲတိုက္ရွိသမွ် တုိ႔ကုိ ကဲ့ရဲ့လ်က္၊ ေျမမႈန္႔ကို ပံုထား၍၊ တိုက္ယူၾကလိမ့္မည္။ ၁၁ထုိေနာက္၊ သူတို႔သည္ သေဘာ ေျပာင္းလဲလ်က္၊ လြန္က်ဴး၍ အျပစ္ခံရၾကလိမ့္မည္။ မိမိတို႔တန္ခိုးသည္ မိမိတို႔ဘုရားျဖစ္ေလသည္တကား။

            ၁၂အုိထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကြၽႏု္ပ္၏ ဘုရားသခင္၊ သန္႔ရွင္းေတာ္မူေသာ ဘုရား၊ ကုိယ္ေတာ္သည္ နိစၥထာဝရ တည္ေတာ္မူသည္မဟုတ္ေလာ။ သို႔ဟုတ္လွ်င္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္တို႔သည္ ေသျခင္းႏွင့္ ကင္းလႊတ္ ၾကပါမည္။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ကို စစ္ေၾကာေစျခင္းငွါ၊ သူတို႔ကိုခန္႔ထားေတာ္မူၿပီ။ အိုေက်ာက္ထရံ၊ ဆံုးမေစျခင္းငွါ သူတို႔ကို ေနရာခ်ေတာ္မူၿပီ။ ၁၃ကိုယ္ေတာ္သည္ ဒုစရုိက္ကို ၾကည့္ရႈေတာ္မမူ။ သန္႔ရွင္းေသာ မ်က္စီရွိေတာ္မူ၏။ အဓမၼအမႈကို ၾကည့္ရႈ႔၍ ေနေတာ္မမူတတ္ပါ။ သို႔ျဖစ္၍၊ သစၥာပ်က္ေသာသူတို႔ကို အဘယ္ေၾကာင့္ ၾကည့္ရႈ၍ ေနေတာ္မူသနည္း။ အဓမၼလူ သည္မိမိထက္ေျဖာင့္မတ္ေသာသူကို ကိုက္စား ေသာအခါ၊ အဘယ္ေၾကာင့္တိတ္ဆိတ္စြာေနေတာ္မူသနည္း။ ၁၄လူသတၱဝါတို႔ကိုလည္း ပင္လယ္ငါးကဲ့သုိ႔၄င္း၊ မင္းမရွိေသာပိုးေကာင္ကဲ့သို႔၄င္း အဘယ္ေၾကာင့္ျဖစ္ေစေတာ္မူသနည္း။ ၁၅ရန္သူသည္ ထုိသူအေပါင္း တို႔ကုိငါးမွ်ားႏွင့္ မွ်ားလ်က္၊ ကြန္ႏွင့္ အုပ္လ်က္၊ ပိုက္ႏွင့္ ေလွာင္လ်က္ ဝမ္းေျမာက္ရႊင္လန္းတတ္၏။ ၁၆မိမိကြန္အားယဇ္ပူေဇာ္၍၊ မိမိပိုက္အားနံ႔သာေပါင္းကို မီးရႈိ႔တတ္၏။ အေၾကာင္းမူကား၊ ထုိတန္ဆာ အားျဖင့္ ဥစၥာရတတ္၍ ဝစြာစားရ၏။ ၁၇သို႔ျဖစ္၍၊ သူသည္ ပုိက္ကြန္ထဲက ငါးတို႔ကုိသြန္းေလာင္းရပါမည္ ေလာ။ လူအမ်ဳိးမ်ဳိးတို႔ကုိ မႏွေျမာဘဲ အစဥ္လုပ္ၾကံရပါမည္ေလာ။


 

 

 


 


Habakkuk 1

1 The oracle that Habakkuk the prophet received.

Habakkuk’s Complaint

2 How long, O LORD, must I call for help, but you do not listen?Or cry out to you, “Violence!” but you do not save?
3 Why do you make me look at injustice? Why do you tolerate wrong?Destruction and violence are before me; there is strife, and conflict abounds.
4 Therefore the law is paralyzed, and justice never prevails. The wicked hem in the righteous, so that justice is perverted.

The LORD'S Answer

5 “Look at the nations and watch— and be utterly amazed.For I am going to do something in your days that you would not believe, even if you were told.
6 I am raising up the Babylonians,that ruthless and impetuous people, who sweep across the whole earth to seize dwelling places not their own.
7 They are a feared and dreaded people;they are a law to themselves and promote their own honor.
8 Their horses are swifter than leopards, fiercer than wolves at dusk. Their cavalry gallops headlong; their horsemen come from afar. They fly like a vulture swooping to devour;
9 they all come bent on violence. Their hordes advance like a desert wind and gather prisoners like sand.
10 They deride kings and scoff at rulers.They laugh at all fortified cities; they build earthen ramps and capture them.
11 Then they sweep past like the wind and go on—guilty men, whose own strength is their god.”

Habakkuk’s Second Complaint

12 O LORD, are you not from everlasting?My God, my Holy One, we will not die.O LORD, you have appointed them to execute judgment; O Rock, you have ordained them to punish.
13 Your eyes are too pure to look on evil; you cannot tolerate wrong.Why then do you tolerate the treacherous?Why are you silent while the wicked swallow up those more righteous than themselves?
14 You have made men like fish in the sea, like sea creatures that have no ruler.
15 The wicked foe pulls all of them up with hooks,he catches them in his net,he gathers them up in his dragnet; and so he rejoices and is glad.
16 Therefore he sacrifices to his net and burns incense to his dragnet, for by his net he lives in luxury and enjoys the choicest food.
17 Is he to keep on emptying his net, destroying nations without mercy?
