ဆာလံက်မ္း၊၊ Psalms ၁ဝ၁ ၁ငါသည္ သနားစံုမက္ျခင္း၊ တရားသျဖင့္စီရင္ျခင္းကို အေၾကာင္းျပဳ၍ သီခ်င္းဆိုပါမည္။ အိုထာဝဘုရား၊ ေရွ႔ေတာ္၌ သီခ်င္းဆိုပါမည္။ ၂စုံလင္ေသာ တရားအတုိင္း ပညာသတိႏွင့္ က်င့္ပါမည္။ ကိုယ္ေတာ္သည္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ဆီသို႔ အဘယ္ကာလမွ ၾကြလာေတာ္မူမည္နည္း။ ကိုယ့္အိမ္တြင္သန္႔ရွင္းေသာ စိတ္ႏွလံုးႏွင့္ က်င့္ပါမည္။ ၃အဓမၼအမႈအရာ ကိုမ်က္ေမွာက္မျပဳပါ။ လမ္းလြဲေသာသူ၏ အမႈကို ရြံ႔ရွာသည္ျဖစ္၍၊ ငါ၌ မမွီမကပ္ရ။ ၄သေဘာေကာက္ေသာသူသည္ ငါ့ထံမွ ထြက္သြားရမည္။ မေကာင္းေသာသူႏွင့္ ငါမေပါင္းေဘာ္။ ၅မိမိအိမ္နီးခ်င္း၏ အသေရကို တိတ္ဆိတ္စြာ ဖ်က္ေသာသူကိုငါ ပယ္ျဖတ္မည္။ မ်က္ႏွာေထာင္လႊား၍ စိတ္ျမင့္ေသာ သူကိုလည္း သည္းမခံ။ ၆သစၥာရွိေသာ ျပည္သားတို႔ သည္ ငါ့ထံမွာ ေနမည္အ ေၾကာင္းသူတို႔ကုိငါၾကည့္ရႈရမည္။ စံုလင္ေသာတရား၌ က်င္လည္ေသာသူ သည္ ငါ၏ အမႈကို ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္။ ၇လွည့္စားတက္ေသာ သူမူကား၊ ငါ့အိမ္၌ မေနရ။ မုသာစကားကို ေျပာတတ္ေသာ သူသည္လည္း၊ ငါ့မ်က္ေမွာက္၌ အခြင့္မရွိရ။ ၈ဆိုးေသာအမႈကို ျပဳေသာသူအေပါင္းတို႔ကို ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ၿမိဳ႔ေတာ္မွ ပယ္ျဖတ္မည္အေၾကာင္း၊ မတရားေသာျပည္သား ရွိသမွ်တို႔ကို ေစာေစာဖ်က္ဆီးေလအံ့သတည္း။	Psalm 101 Of David. A psalm. 1 I will sing of your love and justice; to you, O LORD, I will sing praise. 2 I will be careful to lead a blameless life— when will you come to me? I will walk in my house with blameless heart. 3 I will set before my eyes no vile thing. The deeds of faithless men I hate; they will not cling to me. 4 Men of perverse heart shall be far from me; I will have nothing to do with evil. 5 Whoever slanders his neighbor in secret, him will I put to silence; whoever has haughty eyes and a proud heart, him will I not endure. 6 My eyes will be on the faithful in the land, that they may dwell with me; he whose walk is blameless will minister to me. 7 No one who practices deceit will dwell in my house; no one who speaks falsely will stand in my presence. 8 Every morning I will put to silence all the wicked in the land; I will cut off every evildoer from the city of the LORD.
၁ဝ၂ ဆင္းရဲေသာသူသည္ၫိႈးငယ္ေသာစိတ္ႏွင့္ ထာဝရဘုရားေရွ႔ေတာ္၌ ညည္းတြားျမည္တမ္း၍ျပဳေသာပဌာနာ ၁အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကြ်ႏု္ပ္၏ ပဌာနာကို နားေထာင္ေတာ္မူပါ။ အကြ်ႏု္ပ္ေအာ္ဟစ္ျခင္းအသံသည္ ေရွ႔ေတာ္သို႔ေရာက္ ပါေစေသာ။ ၂ေဘးေရာက္သည္ကာလ၌ မ်က္ႏွာေတာ္ကို အကြ်ႏု္ပ္မွ လြဲေတာ္မမူပါႏွင့္။ အကြ်ႏု္ပ္ေခၚေသာအခါ နား ေထာင္ေတာ္မူပါ။အလ်င္အျမန္ ထူးေတာ္မူပါ။ ၃အေၾကာင္းမူကား၊ အကြၽႏု္ပ္၏ ေန႔ရက္ကာလသည္ မီးခိုးကဲ့သို႔ ကုန္တက္ပါ၏။ အကြၽႏု္ပ္၏အရိုးတို႔သည္ မီးေခ်းကဲ့သို႔ ကြၽမ္းၾကပါ၏။ ၄အကြၽႏု္ပ္၏ ႏွလံုးသည္ ့ျမက္ပင္ကဲ့သို႔ အထိအခိုက္ခံရ၍၊ ၫိ‡ဳးႏြမ္းလ်က္ရွိပါ၏။ အစာစားျခင္းကိစၥကို ပင္ေမ့ေလ်ာ့တက္ပါ၏။ ၅ကိုယ္ ညည္းတြားျခင္းအသံေၾကာင့္၊ အကြၽႏု္ပ္၏ အရိုးတို႔သည္ အေရ၌ ကပ္လ်က္ရွိၾကပါ၏။ ၆အကြၽႏု္ပ္သည္ လြင္ျပင္၌ ေနေသာ ဝံပိုကဲ့သို႔၄င္း၊ ေတာ၌ေနေသာ ဇီးကြက္ကဲ့သို႔၄င္း ျဖစ္ပါ၏။ ၇အကြၽႏု္ပ္သည္ အိမ္မိုးေပၚမွာ တေကာင္တည္းေနရေသာ ငွက္ကဲ့သို႔ ျဖစ္၍ ေစာင့္လ်က္ေနရပါ၏။ ၈အကြၽႏု္ပ္ရန္သူ တို႔သည္ တေန႔လံုးကဲ့ရဲ႔ ၾကပါ၏။အကြ်ႏု္ပ္တဘက္၌ ေစာ္ကားေသာ သူတို႔သည္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ကိုပံုခုိင္း၍ က်ိန္ဆိုတက္ၾကပါ၏။ ၉-၁ဝစိတ္ေတာ္မေျပ၊ အမ်က္ထြက္ေတာ္မူေသာေၾကာင့္၊ အကြၽႏု္ပ္သည္ျပာကို မုန္႔ကဲ့သို႔ စားရပါ၏။ ေသာက္ေသာအခါလည္း၊ မ်က္ရည္ ေရာ၍ ေသာက္ရပါ၏။ ကိုယ္ေတာ္သည္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ကို ေျမွာက္ၿပီးမွ ေအာက္သို႔ ခ်ေတာ္မူၿပီ။ ၁၁အကြ်ႏု္ပ္၏ ေန႔ရက္တို႔သည္ ရွည္လ်ားေသာအရိပ္ကဲ့သို႔ျဖစ္၍၊ ျမက္ပင္ကဲ့သို႔အကြၽႏု္ပ္ၫႈိးႏြမ္းပါ၏။ ၁၂အုိထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ္ေတာ္သည္ နိစၥထာဝရ ျဖစ္ေတာ္မူ၏။ နာမေတာ္သည္ ကာလအစဥ္အဆက္ တည္ပါ၏။ ၁၃ထေတာ္မူပါ။ဇိအုန္ၿမိဳ႔ကို သနားေတာ္မူပါ။ ဇိအုန္ၿမိဳ႔ကို ကယ္မသနား ရေသာအခိ်န္၊ ခ်ိန္းခ်က္ ေတာ္မူေသာ အခ်ိန္ေရာက္ ပါၿပီ။ ၁၄ကိုယ္ေတာ္၏ ကြ်န္တို႔သည္ ထိုၿမိဳ႔၏ ေက်ာက္ခဲတို႔ကိုပင္ ႏွစ္သက္၍၊ သူ၏ ေျမမႈန္႔ကိုပင္ စံုမက္ၾကပါ၏။၁၅တပါး အမ်ိဳးသားတို႔သည္ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ နာမေတာ္ကို၄င္း၊ ေလာကီရွင္ဘုရင္အေပါင္း တို႔သည္ ဘုန္းေတာ္ကို၄င္း၊ ေၾကာက္ရြံ႔ၾကပါလိမ့္မည္။ ၁၆ထာဝရဘုရားသည္ ဇိအုန္ၿမိဳ႔ကို တည္ေထာင္၍၊ ဘုန္းေတာ္ႏွင့္တကြ ထင္ရွားေတာ္မူလိမ့္မည္။ ၁၇ကိုးကြယ္ရာ မဲ့ေသာသူတို႔ ဆုေတာင္းျခင္းအေၾကာင္းကို မထီမဲ့ျမင္မျပဳ၊ သူတို႔၏ ပဌာနကို မွတ္ေတာ္မူလိမ့္မည္။ ၁၈ထိုအေၾကာင္းအရာ ကို ေနာက္ျဖစ္လတံ့ေသာ လူမ်ိဳးတို႔အဘို႔ ေရးမွတ္ ရမည္။ျပဳျပင္ေတာ္မူလတံ့ေသာသူတို႔သည္ ထာဝရဘုရားကို ခ်ီးမြမ္းၾကလိမ့္မည္။ ၁၉-၂၂ခ်ဳပ္ထားေသာသူ၏ ညည္းတြားသံကို နားေထာင္ျခင္းငွာ၊ ေသရမည့္သူတို႔ကို လႊတ္ျခင္းငွာ၄င္း၊ အတိုင္းတိုင္း အျပည္ျပည္ေသာလူမ်ိဳးတို႔သည္ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ဝတ္ကိုျပဳလ်က္ စုေဝးၾကေသာအခါ၊ ဇိအုန္ေတာင္ေပၚ၊ ေယရုရွလင္ၿမိဳ႔၌၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ နာမေတာ္္ႏွင့္ ဂုဏ္ေက်းဇူးေတာ္ကုိ ထင္ရွားေစျခင္းငွာ၊ သန္႔ရွင္းရာ ဌာနေတာ္အထြဋိ္ ကငံုၾကည့္ ေတာ္မူ၍၊ ေကာင္းကင္ေပၚက ထာဝရဘုရားသည္ ေျမႀကီးကို ရႈမွတ္ေတာ္မူ၏။ ၂၃လမ္းခရီး၌ ငါ၏ အစြမ္းကို ေလ်ာ့ေစျခင္းငွာ၄င္း၊ ငါ၏ ေန႔ရက္ကာလကို တိုေစျခင္းငွါ၄င္း၊ ျပဳေတာ္မူေသာ အခါ၊ ၂၄ငါေလွ်ာက္ေသာ အခ်က္ဟူမူကား၊ အို အကြ်ႏု္ပ္၏ ဘုရား၊ အကြ်ႏု္ပ္ကို အသက္ပ်ိဳစင္ပင္ ပယ္ရွင္းေတာ္္ မမူပါႏွင့္၊ ကိုယ္ေတာ္၏ႏွစ္တို႔သည္ ကာလအစဥ္အဆက္ ၿမဲၾကပါ၏။ ၂၅ကိုယ္ေတာ္သည္ ေရွးဦးစြာ၌ ေျမႀကီးကို တည္ေတာ္မူၿပီ။ မိုးေကာင္းကင္သည္လည္း လက္ေတာ္ႏွင့္ ဖန္ဆင္းေသာအရာ ျဖစ္ပါ၏။ ၂၆ထိုအရာတို႔သည္ ပ်က္စီး ျခင္းသို႔ေရာက္ေသာ္လည္း ကိုယ္ေတာ္သည္ အၿမဲတည္ေတာ္မူ၏။ ထိုအရာရွိသမွ်တို႔သည္ အဝတ္ကဲ့သို႔ ေဟာင္း ႏြမ္းျခင္းသို႔ေရာက္၍ ကိုယ္ေတာ္သည္ ဝတ္လံုကိုလဲသကဲ့သို႔လဲေတာ္မူသျဖင့္ ေျပာင္းလဲျခင္း ရွိၾကေသာ္လည္း၊ ၂၇ကိုယ္ေတာ္သည္ ေျပာင္းလဲေတာ္မမူပါ။ ၂၈အသက္ေတာ္လည္းမကုန္ဆံုးရပါ။ ကိုယ္ေတာ္ ကြ်န္တို႔၏ သားေျမးတို႔ သည္ တည္၍၊ အမ်ိဳးအႏြယ္သည္လည္း ေရွ႔ေတာ္၌ ျမဲၿမံပါလိမ့္မည္။	Psalm 102 A prayer of an afflicted man. When he is faint and pours out his lament before the LORD. 1 Hear my prayer, O LORD; let my cry for help come to you. 2 Do not hide your face from me when I am in distress. Turn your ear to me; when I call, answer me quickly. 3 For my days vanish like smoke; my bones burn like glowing embers. 4 My heart is blighted and withered like grass; I forget to eat my food. 5 Because of my loud groaning I am reduced to skin and bones. 6 I am like a desert owl, like an owl among the ruins. 7 I lie awake; I have become like a bird alone on a roof. 8 All day long my enemies taunt me; those who rail against me use my name as a curse. 9 For I eat ashes as my food and mingle my drink with tears 10 because of your great wrath, for you have taken me up and thrown me aside. 11 My days are like the evening shadow; I wither away like grass. 12 But you, O LORD, sit enthroned forever; your renown endures through all generations. 13 You will arise and have compassion on Zion, for it is time to show favor to her; the appointed time has come. 14 For her stones are dear to your servants; her very dust moves them to pity. 15 The nations will fear the name of the LORD, all the kings of the earth will revere your glory. 16 For the LORD will rebuild Zion and appear in his glory. 17 He will respond to the prayer of the destitute; he will not despise their plea. 18 Let this be written for a future generation, that a people not yet created may praise the LORD: 19 “The LORD looked down from his sanctuary on high, from heaven he viewed the earth, 20 to hear the groans of the prisoners and release those condemned to death.” 21 So the name of the LORD will be declared in Zion and his praise in Jerusalem 22 when the peoples and the kingdoms assemble to worship the LORD. 23 In the course of my life he broke my strength; he cut short my days. 24 So I said: “Do not take me away, O my God, in the midst of my days; your years go on through all generations. 25 In the beginning you laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands. 26 They will perish, but you remain; they will all wear out like a garment. Like clothing you will change them and they will be discarded. 27 But you remain the same, and your years will never end. 28 The children of your servants will live in your presence; their descendants will be established before you.”
၁ဝ၃ ၁အိုငါ့ဝိညာဥ္၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကိုေကာင္းႀကီးေပးေလာ့။ ငါ၏ အထဲမွာ ရွိသမွ်တို႔ ၊ သန္႔ရွင္းေသာ နာမေတာ္ကို ေကာင္းႀကီး ေပးၾကေလာ့။ ၂အိုငါ့ဝိညာဥ္၊ထာဝရဘုရားကိုေကာင္းခ်ီးေပးေလာ့။ ေက်းဇူးေတာ္ အေပါင္းကုိ မေမ့ေလ်ာ့ႏွင့္။ ၃သင္၏ အျပစ္ အလံုးစံုတို႔ကို ေျဖလႊတ္၍ သင္၏အနာေရာဂါရွိသမွ်တို႔ကို လည္း ေပ်ာက္ေစေတာ္မူ၏။ ၄သင္၏ အသက္ကို ဖ်က္ဆီးျခင္း ထဲကေရြး၍ ေက်းဇူူူးေတာ္ ကရုဏာေတာ္မ်ားႏွင့္ သင္၏ ေခါင္းကို ရစ္ပတ္ေတာ္မူ၏။ ၅သင့္ကို အသက္ႀကီးစဥ္၊ ေကာင္းေသာ အရာႏွင့္ ေရာင့္ရဲေစေတာ္မူသျဖင့္၊ သင္၏အရြယ္သည္ ေရြလင္းတ၏ အရြယ္ကဲ့သို႔ ျပဳျပင္ျခင္းရွိ၏။ ၆ထာဝရဘုရားသည္ ညွင္းဆဲျခင္းကိုခံရသမွ် ေသာ သူတို႔အဘို႔တရားေပး၍ စီရင္ဆံုးျဖတ္ေတာ္မူ၏။ ၇ဘာသာဓေလ့ေတာ္တို႔ကိုေမာေရွ၌၄င္း၊ စီရင္ေတာ္မူေသာအရာတို႔ကို ဣသေရလအမ်ိဳးသားတို႔၌၄င္း ျပေတာ္မူၿပီ။ ၈ထာဝရဘုရားသည္ သနားတတ္ေသာသေဘာ၊ ေက်းဇူးျပဳတက္ေသာသေဘာ၊ စိတ္ရွည္၍ ကရုဏာ ၾကြယ္ဝေသာ သေဘာရွိေတာ္မူ၏။ ၉အစဥ္မျပတ္ အျပစ္တင္ေတာ္မူသည္မဟုတ္။ အၿငိဳးကို အၿမဲထားေတာ္မူသည္မဟုတ္။ ၁ဝငါတို႔ပစ္မွားျခင္းႏွင့္ အေလ်ာက္ ငါတို႔၌ျပဳေတာ္မမူတတ္။ ငါတို႔၌ ဒုစရိုက္ရိွသည္အတိုင္း အျပစ္ကို ေပးေတာ္မမူတတ္။ ၁၁ေျမႀကီးေပၚတြင္ ေကာင္းကင္အျမင့္ရွိသည့္အတိုင္း ထာဝရဘုရားကိုေၾကာက္ရြံေသာသူတို႔၌ ဂရုဏာေတာ္သည္ အားႀကီးေပ၏၊၊ ၁၂အေရွ႔မ်က္ႏွာစြန္းသည္ အေနာက္မ်က္ႏွာစြန္းႏွင့္ ေဝးသည္အတိုင္း၊ ငါတို႔ အျပစ္မ်ားကို ငါတို႔ႏွင့္ ေဝးေစေတာ္မူ၏၊၊ ၁၃အဘသည္ သားတို႔ကို သနားစံုမက္သည္နည္းတူ၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည္ ေၾကာက္ရြံ႕ေသာ သူတို႔ကို သနားစံုမက္ေတာ္ မူ၏။ ၁၄အေၾကာင္းမူကား၊ ငါတို႔ကိုယ္ခႏၾၶြာကို သိေတာ္မူ၏။ ငါတို႔သည္ ေျမမႈန္႔ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ကို ေအာက္ေမ့ေတာ္မူ၏။ ၁၅လူတို႔၏ ေန႔ရက္ကာလသည္ ျမက္ပင္ကဲ့သို႔ ျဖစ္၏။လူသည္ လယ္ျပင္ ၌ရွိေသာပန္းပြင့္ကဲ့သို႔ ပြင့္တတ္၏။ ၁၆ေလသည္ လြန္သြားလွ်င္ အပြင့္ေပ်ာက္၍၊ သူ၏ ေနရာသည္ ေနာက္တဖန္ သူ႔ကို မသိရာ။ ၁၇ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ကရုဏာေတာ္မူကား၊ ေၾကာက္ရြံ႔ေသာ သူတို႔အေပၚသို႔ ကာလအစဥ္အဆက္ သက္ေရာက္တက္၏။ ၁၈သစၥာေတာ္ကို ေစာင့္၍ ပညတ္ေတာ္တို႔ကို က်င့္ျခင္းငွာ ၊ သတိျပဳေသာ သူတို႔၏ သားစဥ္ ေျမးဆက္တို႔သည္ ကုသလတရားေတာ္ႏွင့္ ဆိုင္ရၾက၏။ ၁၉ထာဝရဘုရားသည္ ပလင္ေတာ္ကို ေကာင္းကင္ဘံု၌ တည္ေတာ္မူ၍ ၊ အာဏာေတာ္သည္ ခပ္သိမ္းေသာ အရပ္တို႔ကို ႏွံ႔ျပား၏။ ၂ဝတန္ခိုးႀကီးေသာ ႏႈတ္ကပတ္ေတာ္အသံကို နားေထာင္လ်က္္၊ အမိန္႔ေတာ္အတိုင္း ေဆာင္ရြက္ေသာ ေကာင္းကင္တမန္ေတာ္တို႔၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကို ေကာင္းခ်ီးေပးၾကေလာ့။ ၂၁အလိုေတာ္သို႔လိုက္ေသာ အမႈေတာ္ထမ္း၊ ေကာင္းကင္ဗိုလ္ေျခေတာ္ အေပါင္းတို႔ထာဝရဘုရားကို ေကာင္းႀကီးေပးၾကေလာ့။ ၂၂ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္အရပ္ရပ္၌ စီရင္ဖန္ဆင္းေတာ္မူသမွ်တို႔၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကိုေကာင္းႀကီး ေပးၾကေလာ့။	Psalm 103 Of David. 1 Praise the LORD, O my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. 2 Praise the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits— 3 who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, 4 who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, 5 who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. 6 The LORD works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed. 7 He made known his ways to Moses, his deeds to the people of Israel: 8 The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love. 9 He will not always accuse, nor will he harbor his anger forever; 10 he does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities. 11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him; 12 as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. 13 As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear him; 14 for he knows how we are formed, he remembers that we are dust. 15 As for man, his days are like grass, he flourishes like a flower of the field; 16 the wind blows over it and it is gone, and its place remembers it no more. 17 But from everlasting to everlasting the LORD'S love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children’s children— 18 with those who keep his covenant and remember to obey his precepts. 19 The LORD has established his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules over all. 20 Praise the LORD, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word. 21 Praise the LORD, all his heavenly hosts, you his servants who do his will. 22 Praise the LORD, all his works everywhere in his dominion. Praise the LORD, O my soul.
၁ဝ၄ ၁အိုငါ့ဝိညာဥ္၊ထာဝရဘုရားကို ေကာင္းႀကီးေပးေလာ့။ အကြ်ႏု္ပ္၏ ဘုရားသခင္ ထာဝရဘုရား ကိုယ္ေတာ္ သည္ အလြန္ႀကီးျမတ္ေတာ္မူ၏။ ဘုန္းတန္ခိုးအာႏုေဘာ္ႏွင့္ တန္ဆာဆင္ေတာ္မူ၏။ ၂အဝတ္ႏွင့္ၿခံဳသကဲ့သို႔၊ အလင္းႏွင့္ကိုယ္ေတာ္ကို ၿခံဳေတာ္မူထေသာ၊ မိုဃ္းေကာင္းကင္ကို မ်က္ႏွာၾကက္ကဲ့သို႔ ၾကက္ေတာ္မူထေသာ၊ ၃ေနေတာ္မူရာ အထက္ခန္း၊ အျမစ္ကို ေရ၌တည္ေတာ္မူေသာ၊ မိုဃ္းတိမ္ရထားကို စီး၍ ေလအေတာင္တို႔ျဖင့္ ၾကြသြားေတာ္မူထေသာ၊ ၄မိမိတမန္တို႔ကို ေလကဲ့သို႔ ၄င္း၊ မိမိအေစအပါးတို႔ကိုမီးလွ်ံကဲ့သို႔၄င္း ျဖစ္ေစေတာ္မူထ ေသာ၊ ၅ေျမႀကီးအျမစ္ကို ကာလအစဥ္အျမဲ မေရြ႕မလႈပ္ရွားေစျခင္းငွာ၊ တည္ေတာ္မူေသာဘုရားေပတည္း။ ၆ကိုယ္ေတာ္သည္ ေျမႀကီးကို အဝတ္ႏွင့္ ဖံုးသကဲ့သို႔၊ ပင္လယ္ႏွင့္ ဖံုးေတာ္မူ၍၊ ေရတို႔သည္ ေတာင္မ်ားအ ေပၚမွာရပ္ေနၾကပါ၏။ ၇တဖန္ဆံုးမေတာ္မူ၍ သူတို႔သည္ ေျပးၾကပါ၏။ မိုဃ္းခ်ဳန္းေတာ္မူသံကုိ ၾကား၍၊ အလ်င္အျမန္ ျပန္သြားၾကပါ၏။ ၈ေတာင္တို႔သည္တက္လ်က္၊ ခ်ိဳင့္တုိ႔သည္ ဆင္းလ်က္၊ သူတို႔ဘို႔ ခြဲေတာ္မူေသာ အရပ္သို႔ေရာက္ ၾကပါ၏။ ၉ေရတို႔သည္ ျပန္လာ၍ ေျမႀကီးကို မလႊမ္းမိုုးေစျခင္းငွာ၊ မေက်ာ္ရေသာနယ္စပ္ကို ပိုင္းျခားေတာ္မူ၏။ ၁ဝထာဝရဘုရားသည္ ခ်ိဳင့္မ်ားထဲသို႔ စမ္းေရကို လႊတ္ေတာ္မူ၍၊ ေရသည္ ေတာင္တို႔တြင္ စီးလ်က္္၊ ၁၁ေျမ တိရစာၦန္ အေပါင္းတို႔အား ေသာက္ရေသာအခြင့္ကို ေပး၏။ ျမည္းရိုင္းတို႔သည္ အငတ္ေျပရၾကသည္။ ၁၂ထိုေရအနား မွာ မိုဃ္းေကာင္းကင္ငွက္တို႔သည္ ေနရာက်၍၊ သစ္ပင္အခက္အလတ္တို႔တြင္ ေၾကြးေၾကာ္ၾက၏။ ၁၃အထက္ခန္းေတာ္ထဲက ေတာင္မ်ားကို ေရေပးေတာ္မူ၏။ စီရင္ျပဳျပင္ေတာ္မူျခင္း အကိ်ဳးေၾကာင့္၊ ေျမႀကီးသည္ ေရာင့္ရဲလ်က္ရွိ၏။ ၁၄တိရစာၦန္တို႔ ျမက္ပင္ကို၄င္း၊ လူသံုးဘို႔စပါးပင္ကို၄င္း၊ ေပါက္ေစေတာ္မူသျဖင့္၊ ေျမႀကီးထဲက မုန္႔ကို ထုတ္ေဘာ္ ေတာ္မူ၏။ ၁၅စပ်စ္ရည္ သည္လည္း လူတို႔ကို ရႊင္လန္းေစ၏။ ဆီအားျဖင့္္လည္းသူတို႔မ်က္ႏွာကို ေျပာင္ေစေတာ္မူ၏။ မုန္႔သည္လည္း၊ သူတို႔ႏွလံုးကို ေထာက္မ၏။ ၁၆ထာဝရဘုရား၏ သစ္ပင္၊ စိုက္ေတာ္မူေသာ ေလဗႏုန္ အာရဇ္ပင္ တို႔သည္လည္း ေရာင့္ရဲလ်က္ရွိၾက၏။ ၁၇ထိုအပင္တို႔၌ ငွက္တို႔သည္ အသိုက္လုပ္တတ္ၾက၏။ ထင္းရူးပင္တုိ႔၌ ေတာငန္းတို႔သည္ ေနရာက်တတ္ၾက၏။ ၁၈ျမင့္ေသာ ေတာင္တို႔သည္ ေတာဆိတ္မ်ားမွီခိုရာ၊ ေက်ာက္တို႔ သည္ ရွာဖန္ယုန္မ်ား မွီခိုရာ ျဖစ္ၾက၏။ ၁၉ခ်ိန္းခ်က္ေသာ အခ်ိန္ဘို႔၊ လကို ဖန္ဆင္းေတာ္မူၿပီ။ ေနသည္လည္း မိမိဝင္ရေသာ အခိ်န္ကို သိ၏။ ၂ဝကိုယ္ေတာ္သည္ ေမွာင္မိုက္ကိုစီရင္ေတာ္မူ၍ ညဥ့္ျဖစ္ပါ၏။ ထိုအခ်ိန္၌ ေတာတိရိစျၧြာန္အေပါင္း တို႔သည္ တြားလ်က္ ထြက္တက္ၾကပါ၏။ ၂၁ျခေသၤ့ ပ်ိဳတို႔သည္ လုယက္ျခင္းအလို႔ငွာ ေဟာက္၍၊ ဘုရားသခင္ထံမွာ အစာ ကိုရွာၾက၏။ ၂၂တဖန္ေနထြက္ျပန္လွ်င္၊ သူတို႔သည္ဆုတ္သြား၍ ေနၿမဲတြင္းတို႔၌ အိပ္ေနၾကပါ၏။ ၂၃လူသည္ လည္း လုပ္ေဆာင္ျပဳမူျခင္းငွာ ညဦးတိုင္ေအာင္ ထြက္သြားပါ၏။ ၂၄အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ္ေတာ္စီရင္ျပဳျပင္ ေတာ္မူ ေသာအရာတို႔သည္ အလြန္မ်ားျပားပါ၏။ ရွိရွိသမွ်တို႔ကုိ ပညာေတာ္အားျဖင့္ ဖန္ဆင္းေတာ္မူ၏။ ေျမႀကီးသည္ ဘ႑ာေတာ္ႏွင့္ ၾကြယ္ဝပါ၏။ ၂၅မေရတြက္ႏိုင္ေအာင္ တြားသြားေသာ တိရစာၦန္အစရွိေသာ တိရစာၦန္ အႀကီးအငယ္ မ်ားတို႔ေနရာ ႀကီးမားက်ယ္ဝန္းေသာ သုမုဒၵရာလည္းရွိပါေသး၏။ ၂၆ထိုအရပ္၌ သေဘၤာတို႔သြားလာၾကပါ၏။ ထိုအရပ္၌ ကြန္႔ျမဴးေစျခင္းငွာ ဖန္ဆင္းေတာ္မူေသာ ငါးႀကီးလဝိသန္သည္လည္း ရွိပါ၏။ ၂၇ထိုသို႔ေသာတိရစာၦန္ အေပါင္းတို႔သည္ အခ်ိန္တန္လွ်င္ အစာေကြၽးေတာ္မူေစျခင္းငွာ၊ ကိုယ္ေတာ္ကို ေမွ်ာ္လင့္လ်က္ေနၾကပါ၏။ ၂၈ကိုယ္ေတာ္ခ်ထား ေတာ္မူသည္အတိုင္း သူတို႔သည္သိမ္းယူၾကပါ၏။ လက္ေတာ္ကို ဖြင့္ေတာ္မူေသာအားျဖင့္၊ သူတို႔ သည္ေကာင္းေသာအရာႏွင့္ ေရာင့္ရဲၾကပါ၏။ ၂၉မ်က္ႏွာေတာ္ကို လႊဲေတာ္မူလွ်င္၊ သူတို႔သည္ပင္ပန္းၾကပါ၏။ သူတို႔ အသက္ကို ရုပ္သိမ္းေတာ္မူလွ်င္၊ သူတို႔သည္ေသ၍ မိမိတို႔ေျမမႈန္႔ထဲသို႔ ျပန္သြားၾကပါ၏။ ၃ဝတဖန္ဝိညာဥ္ေတာ္ကို လႊတ္္၍ သူတို႔ကို ဖန္ဆင္းေတာ္မူသျဖင့္၊ ေျမႀကီးမ်က္ႏွာကို အသစ္ျပဳျပင္ေတာ္မူ၏။ ၃၁ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ဘုန္းေတာ္သည္ နိစၥအျမဲ တည္၏။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည္ မိမိအမႈေတာ္တို႔တြင္ ဝမ္းေျမာက္ေတာ္မူ၏။ ၃၂ေျမႀကီးကို ၾကည့္ရႈေတာ္မူ၍ သူသည္တုန္လႈပ္တတ္၏။ ေတာင္တို႔ကို တို႔ေတာ္မူ၍၊ သူတို႔သည္မီးခိုးထြက္ၾကပါ၏။ ၃၃ငါသည္ အသက္ရွင္စဥ္၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကို သီခ်င္းဆိုမည္။ ငါျဖစ္သည္ကာလ ပတ္လံုး၊ ငါ့၏ဘုရားသခင္ကို ေထာမနာ သီခ်င္းဆိုမည္။ ၃၄ငါဥဒါန္းက်ဴးျခင္းအသံသည္ ႏွစ္သက္ေတာ္မူဘြယ္ျဖစ္၍၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၌ ငါရႊင္လန္းလိမ့္မည္။ ၃၅ပစ္မွား ေသာသူတို႔ကို ေျမႀကီးမွ သုတ္သင္ ပယ္ရွင္း၍၊ မတရားေသာသူတို႔ သည္ ေနာက္တဖန္မျဖစ္ရၾက။ အိုငါ့ဝိညာဥ္ ထာဝရ ဘုရားကို ေကာင္းႀကီးေပးေလာ့။ ဟာေလလုယ။	Psalm 104 1 Praise the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, you are very great; you are clothed with splendor and majesty. 2 He wraps himself in light as with a garment; he stretches out the heavens like a tent 3 and lays the beams of his upper chambers on their waters. He makes the clouds his chariot and rides on the wings of the wind. 4 He makes winds his messengers, flames of fire his servants. 5 He set the earth on its foundations; it can never be moved. 6 You covered it with the deep as with a garment; the waters stood above the mountains. 7 But at your rebuke the waters fled, at the sound of your thunder they took to flight; 8 they flowed over the mountains, they went down into the valleys, to the place you assigned for them. 9 You set a boundary they cannot cross; never again will they cover the earth. 10 He makes springs pour water into the ravines; it flows between the mountains. 11 They give water to all the beasts of the field; the wild donkeys quench their thirst. 12 The birds of the air nest by the waters; they sing among the branches. 13 He waters the mountains from his upper chambers; the earth is satisfied by the fruit of his work. 14 He makes grass grow for the cattle, and plants for man to cultivate—bringing forth food from the earth: 15 wine that gladdens the heart of man, oil to make his face shine, and bread that sustains his heart. 16 The trees of the LORD are well watered, the cedars of Lebanon that he planted. 17 There the birds make their nests; the stork has its home in the pine trees. 18 The high mountains belong to the wild goats; the crags are a refuge for the coneys. 19 The moon marks off the seasons, and the sun knows when to go down. 20 You bring darkness, it becomes night, and all the beasts of the forest prowl. 21 The lions roar for their prey and seek their food from God. 22 The sun rises, and they steal away; they return and lie down in their dens. 23 Then man goes out to his work, to his labor until evening. 24 How many are your works, O LORD! In wisdom you made them all; the earth is full of your creatures. 25 There is the sea, vast and spacious, teeming with creatures beyond number—living things both large and small. 26 There the ships go to and fro, and the leviathan, which you formed to frolic there. 27 These all look to you to give them their food at the proper time. 28 When you give it to them, they gather it up; when you open your hand, they are satisfied with good things. 29 When you hide your face, they are terrified; when you take away their breath, they die and return to the dust. 30 When you send your Spirit, they are created, and you renew the face of the earth. 31 May the glory of the LORD endure forever; may the LORD rejoice in his works— 32 he who looks at the earth, and it trembles, who touches the mountains, and they smoke. 33 I will sing to the LORD all my life; I will sing praise to my God as long as I live. 34 May my meditation be pleasing to him, as I rejoice in the LORD. 35 But may sinners vanish from the earth and the wicked be no more. Praise the LORD, O my soul. Praise the LORD.
၁ဝ၅ ၁ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ဂုဏ္ေက်းဇူးေတာ္ကို ခ်ီးမြမ္းၾကေလာ့။ နာမေတာ္ကိုပဌာနျပဳၾကေလာ့။ အမႈေတာ္တို႔ကုိ လူမ်ားတို႔အား ျပသၾကေလာ့။ ၂ထာဝရဘုရားကို သီခ်င္းဆိုၾကေလာ့။ ဆာလံသီခ်င္းကို ဆိုၾက ေလာ့။အံ့ဘြယ္ေသာ အမႈေတာ္အေပါင္းတို႔ကို ေဟာေျပာၾကေလာ့။ ၃သန္႔ရွင္းေသာ နာမေတာ္၌ ဝါၾကြားဝမ္းေျမာက္ ၾကေလာ့။ ထာဝရ ဘုရားကို ရွာေသာသူတို႔သည္ စိတ္ႏွလံုးရႊင္လန္းၾကေစ။ ၄ထာဝရဘုရားႏွင့္တန္ခိုးေတာ္ကို ရွာၾကေလာ့။ မ်က္ႏွာေတာ္ကို အစဥ္အျပတ္ ရွာၾကေလာ့။ ၅စီရင္ေတာ္မူေသာ အ့့ံၾသဘြယ္တို႔ကို၄င္း၊ ထူးဆန္းေသာအမႈ ေတာ္တို႔ႏွင့္ ႏႈတ္ထြက္ပညတ္တို႔ကို ၄င္း၊ေအာက္ေမ့ၾကေလာ့။ ၆ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ကြ်န္အာျဗဟံအမ်ိဳးေရြးေကာက္ ေတာ္မူေသာ ယာကုပ္အႏြယ္တို႔၊ ၇ကိုယ္ေတာ္ျမတ္ထာဝရဘုရားသည္ ငါတို႔ဘုရားသခင္ျဖစ္ေတာ္မူ၏။ ေျမႀကီးတျပင္ လံုး၌ တရားစီရင္ပိုင္ေတာ္မူ၏။ ၈-၁၂ငါသည္သင္တို႔အေမြခံရာဘို႔ ခါနာန္ျပည္ကိုသင္၌ ေပးမည္ဟု ငါတို႔အမ်ိဳးသည္ အေရအတြက္အားျဖင့္ မမ်ား၊ အလြန္နည္း၍ ထိုျပည္၌ ဧည့္သည္ျဖစ္ လ်က္ေနေသာအခါ ၊ အာျဗဟံ၌ ဂတိထား၍၊ ဣဇာတ္ကို က်ိန္ဆိုေတာ္မူလ်က္၊ ယာကုပ္၌ျမဲျမံေသာတရား၊ ဣသေရလ၌ နိစၥထာဝရပဋိိညာဥ္ျဖစ္ေစျခင္းငွါ၊လူမ်ိဳး အဆက္တစ္ေထာင္တိုင္ေအာင္ မိန္႔ျမြက္ေတာ္မူေသာ ႏႈတ္ကပတ္တည္း ဟူေသာ ဝန္ခံျခင္းတရားကို အစဥ္အျမဲေအာက္ေမ့ေတာ္မူ၏။ ၁၃သူတို႔သည္ တၿမိဳ႔မွ တၿမိဳ႔သို႔၄င္း၊ တႏိုင္ငံမွ တႏိုင္ငံသို႔၄င္း၊ လွည့္လည္၍ သြားၾကေသာအခါ၊ ၁၄သူတို႔ကို ညွင္းဆဲေစျခင္းငွါ အဘယ္သူအားမွ် အခြင့္ေပးေတာ္မမူ၊ သူတို႔အတြက္လည္း ရွင္ဘုရင္ကို ဆံုးမလ်က္၊ ၁၅ငါ့ထံ၌ ဘိတ္သိတ္ခံေသာသူတို႔ကို မထိမခိုက္ႏွင့္။ ငါ၏ပေရာဖတ္တိို႔ကို အျပစ္မျပဳႏွင့္ဟု မိန႔္ေတာ္မူ၏။ ၁၆တဖန္တံု၊ ထိုျပည္၌ မြတ္သိပ္ျခင္းေဘးကို ေခၚ၍၊ အစာအဟာရတည္းဟူေသာ အေထာက္အပင့္ရွိသမွ်ကို ခ်ိဳးျဖတ္ေတာ္မူေသာအခါ၊ ၁၇ကြ်န္ျဖစ္ေစဘို႔ အေရာင္းခံရေသာေယာသပ္ကို သူတို႔ေရွ႔မွာေစလႊတ္ေတာ္မူ၏။ ၁၈သူ႔ ကိုေျခခ်င္းခတ္၍ သံႏွင့္ညွင္းဆဲၾကသည္။ ၁၉သူ၏စကားမျပည့္စံုမီ တိုင္ေအာင္၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ အမိန္႔ေတာ္အတိုင္း စံုစမ္းျခင္းကုိ ခံရ၏။ ၂ဝလူတို႔ကိုအစိုးရေသာ အရွင္တည္းဟူေသာ ရွင္ဘုရင္သည္ ေစလႊတ္၍ သူ႔ကိုႏႈတ္ၿပီးမွ ခ်မ္းသာ ေပးေတာ္မူ၏။ ၂၁သူသည္ မိမိအလိုရွိသည့္ အတိုင္းမင္းအရာရွိတို႔ကို ခ်ည္ေႏွာင္၍၊ မွဴးေတာ္မတ္ေတာ္တို႔ကို ဆံုးမ ပိုင္ေသာ ၂၂အခြင့္ႏွင့္နန္းေတာ္အုပ္ ၊ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္အုပ္အရာ၌ ထိုသူကို ခန္႔ထားေတာ္မူူ၏။ ၂၃ဣသေရလသည္လည္း အဲဂုတၱဳျပည္သို႔ ေရာက္လာ၍၊ ယာကုပ္သည္ ဟာမအမ်ိဳးေနရာ ျပည္၌ တည္းခို၏။ ၂၄ဘုရားသခင္သည္ မိမိလူတို႔ကို အလြန္မ်ားျပားေစ၍၊ ရန္သူတို႔ထက္အားႀကီးေစေတာ္မူ၏။ ၂၅မိမိလူတို႔ကို ရန္သူတို႔သည္ မုန္း၍၊မိမိကြ်န္တို႔ကို ပရိယာယ္ျပဳမည္အေၾကာင္း၊ ထိုသူတို႔စိတ္ႏွလံုးကို ေျပာင္းလဲေစ ေတာ္မူ၏။ ၂၆တဖန္မိမိကြ်န္ေမာေရွႏွင့္ ေရြးေကာက္ေတာ္မူေသာအာရုန္ကို ေစလြတ္ေတာ္မူ၏။ ၂၇အဲဂုတၱဳျပည္သား တို႔တြင္ လကၡဏာသက္ေသေတာ္တို႔ကို ျပ၍၊ ဟာမအမ်ိဳးေနရာျပည္၌ အံ့ဘြယ္ေသာ အမႈတ္ို႔ကို ျပဳၾက၏။ ၂၈ေမွာင္မိုက္ကို ေစလႊတ္၍၊ မိုက္မဲေစေတာ္မူူ၏။သူတို႔ သည္ ႏႈတ္ကပတ္ေတာ္ကို ဆန္႔က်င္ဘက္မျပဳရ။ ၂၉သူတို႔ေရမ်ား ကို အေသြးျဖစ္ေစ၍၊ ငါးမ်ားကိုေသေစေတာ္မူ၏။ ၃ဝသူတို႔ ေျမသည္မ်ားစြာေသာဘားတို႔ကို မင္းအိပ္ရာ အခန္းတို႔၌ ပင္ဘြားေလ၏။ ၃၁အမိန္႔ေတာ္ရွိ၍ ယင္ရဲႏွင့္ျခင္တို႔သည္ တျပည္လံုးကို ႏွံျပားၾက၏။ ၃၂မိုဃ္းေရအစားမိုဃ္းသီးကို၄င္း၊ သူတို႔ေျမေပၚမွာ မီးလွ်ံကို၄င္း ေပးေတာ္မူ၏။ ၃၃သူတို႔စပ်စ္ႏြယ္ပင္ႏွင့္ သေဘၤာ သဖန္းပင္တို႔ကို ထိခိုက္၍၊ တျပည္လံုး၌ ရွိေသာသစ္ပင္မ်ားကို ခ်ိဳးေတာ္မူ၏။ ၃၄အမိန္႔ေတာ္ရွိ၍ မေရတြက္ႏိိုင္ေအာင္၊ အရာဘက်ိဳင္းႏွင့္ ယာလက္က်ိဳင္းတို႔ သည္ လာ၍၊ ၃၅သူတို႔ျပည္မွာ ဟင္းသီးဟင္းရြက္ရွိသမွ်တို႔ကို၄င္း၊ ေျမၾသဇာအသီး အႏွံတို႔ကို၄င္းကိုက္စားၾက၏။ ၃၆သူတို႔အစြမ္းသတိၱ အထြဋိ္အျမတ္တည္းဟူေသာ သူတို႔ျပည္မွာ သားဦးအေပါင္းတို႔ကို ဒဏ္ခတ္ေတာ္မူသည္။ ၃၇မိမိလူတို႔ကို ေရႊေငြပါလ်က္ ထုတ္ေဆာင္ေတာ္မူ၍၊ သူတို႔အစုစု၌ အားနည္းေသာ သူတစ္ေယာက္မွ် မရွိ။ ၃၈အဲဂုတၱဳျပည္ သည္သူတို႔ကိုေၾကာက္ေသာေၾကာင့္၊ သူတို႔သည္ထြက္သြားေသာ အခါ တျပည္လံုးဝမ္းေျမာက္ ၏။ ၃၉သူတို႔အေပၚမွာ မိုဃ္းတိမ္ကို ျဖန္႔မိုး၍ညဥ့္အခါ လင္းစရာဘို႔ မီးကိုေပးေတာ္မူ၏။ ၄ဝသူတို႔သည္ ေတာင္းေသာအခါ ငံုးမ်ားကိုေဆာင္ခဲ့ေတာ္မူ၍၊ သူတို႔ကို ေကာင္းကင္မုန္႔ႏွင့္ ေရာင့္ရဲေစေတာ္မူ၏။ ၄၁ေက်ာက္ကို လည္း ဖြင့္လွစ္ေတာ္မူသျဖင့္၊ ေရသည္ထြက္၍ ေသြ႔ ေျခာက္ေသာအရပ္၌ ျမစ္ကဲ့သို႔ စီးသြားေလ၏။ ၄၂အေၾကာင္းမူ ကား၊ မိမိကြ်န္အာျဗဟံ၌ ထားခဲ့ဘူးေသာ သန္႔ရွင္းေသာ ဂတိေတာ္ကို ေအာက္ေမ့ေတာ္မူ၏။ ၄၃ေရြးေကာက္ေတာ္ မူေသာ မိမိလူတို႔ကုို ဝမ္းေျမာက္ရြင္လန္းျခင္းႏွင့္တကြ ထုတ္ေဆာင္ေတာ္မူ၏။ ၄၄သူတုိ႔သည္အထံုးအဖြဲ႔ေတာ္တို႔ အတိုင္းက်င့္၍၊ ပညတ္တရားေတာ္ကို ေစာင့္ေရွာက္မည့္အေၾကာင္း တပါးအမ်ိဳးသားတို႔၏ ေျမကိုေပးေတာ္မူသျဖင့္၊ သူတို႔သည္ အျခားေသာလူတို႔၏ အလုပ္ထဲသို႔ ဝင္စားၾကရ၏။ ဟာေလလုယ။	Psalm 105 105:1-15 pp—1Ch 16:8-22 1 Give thanks to the LORD, call on his name; ၁ဝ၆ ၁ထာဝရဘုရားသည္ ေကာင္းျမတ္ေတာ္မူ၍၊ ကရုဏာေတာ္အစဥ္အျမဲ တည္ေသာေၾကာင့္၊ ဂုဏ္ေက်းဇူး ေတာ္ကို ခ်ီးမြမ္းၾကေလာ့။ ၂ထာဝရဘုရား၏ တန္ခိုးႀကီးျခင္း၊ အရာေတာ္တို႔ကို အဘယ္သူေျပာႏိုင္သ နည္း။ ဂုဏ္ေက်း ဇူးေတာ္တို႔ကို အဘယ္ သူသည္အကုန္အစင္ေဘာ္ျပႏိုင္သနည္း။ ၃ခပ္သိမ္းေသာ အခါတို႔၌ တရားကိုေစာင့္ေရွာက္၍၊ ေျဖာင့္မတ္စြာက်င့္ေသာ သူတို႔သည္ မဂၤလာရွိၾက၏။ ၄-၅အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကြ်ႏု္ပ္သည္ေရြးေကာက္ေတာ္မူေသာ သူတို႔၏ ေကာင္းက်ိဳးကို ျမင္ေစျခင္းငွာ၄င္း၊ ကိုယ္ေတာ္၏ လူမ်ိဳးဝမ္းေျမာက္ျခင္း၌ ဝမ္းေျမာက္၍၊ ကိုယ္ေတာ္၏ အေမြျဖစ္ေသာ သူတုိ႔ႏွင့္ အတူဝါၾကြား ရႊင္လန္းေစျခင္းငွာ၄င္း၊ ကိုယ္ေတာ္၏ လူတို႔ခံရေသာ ေစတနာေတာ္ႏွင့္တကြ ၊ အကြ်ႏု္ပ္ကို ေအာက္ေမ့ေတာ္မူပါ။ အကြ်ႏု္ပ္ကို အၾကည့္အရႈ ၾကြလာ၍ ကယ္တင္ေတာ္မူပါ။ ၆အကြ်ႏု္ပ္တို႔သည္ ဘိုးေဘးတို႔ႏွင့္အတူ ျပစ္မွားၾကပါၿပီ။ ဒုစရိုက္ကို ျပဳၾကပါၿပီ။ မတရား ေသာအမႈကို ျပဳၾကပါၿပီ။ ၇အဲဂုတၱဳျပည္၌ ျပဳေတာ္မူေသာ အံ့ၾသဘြယ္ တို႔ကို ဘိုးေဘးတို႔သည္ နားမလည္ၾက။ မ်ားစြာ ေသာ ဂရုဏာေတာ္တို႔ကို မေအာက္ေမ့ၾက။ပင္လယ္နား၊ ဧဒံုပင္လယ္နား မွာ ပုန္ကန္ၾကပါ၏။ ၈သို႔ေသာ္လည္း၊ မဟာ တန္ခိုးေတာ္ကို ထင္ရွားေစျခင္းငွါ နာမေတာ္သည္ အေၾကာင္းေၾကာင့္ သူတို႔ကို ကယ္တင္ေတာ္မူ၏။ ၉ဧဒံု ပင္လယ္ကိုဆံုး မေတာ္မူ၍၊ ပင္လယ္ေရသည္ ခန္းေျခာက္ေလ၏။ ေတာ၌ ပို႔ေဆာင္သကဲ့သို႔ နက္နဲရာ အရပ္၌ သူတို႔ကို ပို႔ေဆာင္ေတာ္ မူ၏။ ၁ဝမုန္းေသာသူ၏ လက္မွ သူတို႔ကို ကယ္တင္၍၊ ရန္သူ၏ လက္မွ ေရြးႏႈတ္ေတာ္မူ၏။ ၁၁ရန္သူတစ္စံု တစ္ေယာက္ကိုမွ် မက်န္ရစ္ေစျခင္းငွာ၊ ေရသည္လႊမ္းမိုးေလ၏။ ၁၂ထိုအခါ စကားေတာ္ကို ယံု၍ဂုဏ္ေက်းဇူေတာ္ကို သီခ်င္းဆိုၾက၏။ ၁၃သို႔ေသာ္လညး္၊ အမႈေတာ္ကို အလ်င္အျမန္ ေမ့ေလ်ာ့သည္ျဖစ္၍ ၊ အၾကံအစည္ေတာ္ကို မဆိုင္းမလင့့္ဘဲ၊ ၁၄ေတာ၌ အလြန္တပ္မက္၍၊ လူဆိတ္ညံရာအရပ္၌ ဘုရားသခင္ကို စံုစမ္းၾက၏။ ၁၅သူတို႔ေတာင္းေသာဆုကို ေပးေတာ္မူ၏။သို႔ေသာ္ လည္း၊ သူတို႔၌ ပိန္ႀကံဳျခင္းကို သြင္းေပးေတာ္မူ၏။ ၁၆ထိုသူတို႔သည္္လည္း၊ တပ္ထဲမွာ ေမာေရွကို၄င္း၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ သန္႔ရွင္းသူ အာရုန္ကို၄င္း ျငဴစူၾက၏။ ၁၇ေျမႀကီးသည္ ကြဲလ်က္၊ ဒါသန္ကိုမ်ိဳ၍၊ အဘိရံ၏ အသင္းအဝင္ကို ဖံုးအုပ္ေလ၏။ ၁၈သူတို႔အသင္းအဝင္ထဲမွာမီးရႈိ႔၍၊ မတရားေသာသူတို႔ကို ေလာင္ေလ၏။ ၁၉ သူတို႔သည္ေဟာရပ္ေတာင္နား မွာ ႏြားသငယ္ကိုလုပ္၍ အရည္သြင္းေသာ ရုပ္တုကို ျပပ္ဝပ္ကိုးကြယ္ၾက၏။ ၂ဝသူတို႔၏ ဘုန္းကိုလဲ၍ ျမက္ကိုစားေသာ ႏြား၏ပံုသ႑ာန္ကို ယူၾက၏။ ၂၁-၂၂အဲဂုတၱဳ ျပည္၌ ႀကီးေသာအမႈတို႔ကို၄င္း၊ ဟာမအမ်ိဳးေနရာျပည္၌ အံဘြယ္ေသာအမႈတို႔ကို၄င္း၊ ဧဒံုပင္လယ္နားမွာ ေၾကာက္မက္ဘြယ္ေသာ အမႈတို႔ကို၄င္း၊ ျပဳ၍၊ ကယ္တင္ေတာ္မူေသာ အရွင္ဘုရားသခင္ကို ေမ့ေလ်ာ့ၾက၏။ ၂၃ထိုအခါ ေရြးေကာက္ေတာ္မူေသာ ေမာေရွ႔သည္ အမ်က္ေတာ္ကိုလႊဲ၍ ထိုသူတို႔ကို ဖ်က္ဆီးေတာ္မမူေစျခင္းငွာ၊ ဖ်က္ဆီးရာ အရပ္၊ ေရွ႔ေတာ္၌ မရပ္လွ်င္၊ သူတို႔ကိုဖ်က္ဆီး မည္ဟုအႀကံရွိေတာ္မူ၏။ ၂၄ထိုသူတို႔သည္လည္း စကားေတာ္ကိုမယံု၊ သာယာေသာျပည္ကို မထီမဲ့ျမင္ျပဳၾက၏။ ၂၅မိမိတို႔တဲမ်ား၌ ဆန္႔က်င္ဘက္ျပဳ၍ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ႏႈတ္ကပတ္ေတာ္ကို နားမေထာင္ဘဲ ေနၾက၏။ ၂၆ထို႔ေၾကာင့္သူတို႔ကို ေတာ၌ လွဲျခင္းငွာ၄င္း၊ ၂၇သူတို႔အမ်ိဳးအႏြယ္ကို တပါးအမ်ိဳးသားတို႔တြင္ လွဲ၍၊ အျပည္ျပည္အရပ္ရပ္သို႔ ကြဲျပားေစျခင္း ငွာ၄င္း၊ သူတို႔တဘက္၌ က်ိန္ဆိုေတာ္မူ၏။ ၂၈ထိုသူတို႔သည္ ဗာလေပဂုရဘုရား၌ မွီဝဲ၍ လူေသေရွ႔မွာ ပူေဇာ္ေသာယဇ္ေကာင္ကို စားၾက၏။ ၂၉ထိုသို႔ မိမိတို႔အမ်ားအားျဖင့္ အမ်က္ေတာ္ကုိ ႏိႈးေဆာ္၍၊ ကာလနာသည္သူတို႔ကို လုယက္ေလ၏။ ၃ဝထိုအခါ ဖိနဟတ္သည္ ထ၍ တရားစီရင္ သျဖင့္၊ ကာလနာသည္ၿငိမ္းေလ၏။ ၃၁ထိုအမႈကို သူ၏ေျဖာင့္မတ္ျခင္းကဲ့သို႔ လူမ်ိဳးအဆက္ဆက္ တည္ေသာ ကာလအစဥ္မျပတ္ မွတ္ရသတည္း။ ၃၂တဖန္ေမရိဘေရအနားမွာ အမ်က္ေတာ္ကို ႏိႈးေဆာ္ၾကသျဖင့္၊ သူတို႔အတြက္ေၾကာင့္ ေမာေရွ႔၌ အမဂၤလာျဖစ္ေလ၏။ ၃၃သူ၏ စိတ္ကို ခ်ဳပ္ခ်ယ္ေႏွာင့္ယွက္ၾကသျဖင့္၊ သူသည္အမွတ္တမဲ့ ျမြက္ဆို၏။ ၃၄ထာဝရဘုရား မိန္႔ေတာ္မူသည္အတုိင္းမျပဳ။ တပါးအမ်ိဳးသားတို႔ကုိ မဖ်က္ဆီးဘဲ ေနၾက၏။ ၃၅သူတို႔ႏွင့္ ေရာေႏွာ၍ သူတို႔၏ ဘာသာ ဓေလ့ကို သင္ၾက၏။ ၃၆သူတို႔၏ရုပ္တုမ်ားကိုဝတ္ျပဳ၍ ေက်ာ့ကြင္း ၌ ေက်ာ့မိၾက၏။ ၃၇ ကိုယ့္သားသမီးတို႔ကို နတ္ဆိုးတို႔အား ယဇ္ပူေဇာ္ၾက၏။ ၃၈ထို႔အျပင္ အျပစ္မရွိေသာ သူတို႔၏အ ေသြး၊ ခါနာန္ရုပ္တုု တို႔ေရွ႔မွာယဇ္ပူေဇာ္ေသာ ကိုယ္သား သမီးတို႔အေသြးကို သြန္ၾက၍ ထိုေျမသည္အေသြးႏွင့္ ညစ္ညဴးေလ၏။ ၃၉သူတို႔သည္ ကိုယ္အက်င့္အားျဖင့္ ကိုယ္ကို ညစ္ညဴးေစ၍ ကိုယ္အမႈတို႔တြင္ မွားယြင္းၾက၏။ ၄ဝထို႔ေၾကာင့္ထာဝရဘုရားသည္ မိမိလူတို႔ကို အမ်က္ေတာ္ထြက္၍၊ မိမိအေမြေတာ္ကို ရြံ႔ရွာေတာ္မူ၏။ ၄၁သူတို႔ကို တပါးအမ်ိဳးသားတို႔လက္သို႔ အပ္ေတာ္မူသျဖင့္၊ မုန္းေသာသူတို႔သည္ အုပ္စိုးရၾက၏။ ၄၂ ရန္သူတို႔သည္ ညွင္းဆဲ၍၊ သူတို႔သည္ ရန္သူတို႔ေအာက္မွာ ႏွိမ့္ခ်ျခင္းကိုခံၾကရ၏။ ၄၃သူတို႔သည္ႀကိမ္ဖန္မ်ားစြာ ကယ္ႏႈတ္ေတာ္မူ ေသာ္လည္း၊ ပုန္ကန္ေသာ အၾကံကိုသာ ၾကံ၍ မိမိတို႔ဒုစရိုက္အျပစ္ေၾကာင့္ ႏွိပ္စက္ျခင္းကိုခံၾကရ၏။ ၄၄တဖန္သူတို႔ ေအာ္ဟစ္ျခင္းကို ၾကားေတာ္မူလွ်င္ သူတို႔၌ ဆင္းရဲဒုကၡကို ၾကည့္ရႈသျဖင့္၊ ၄၅ဝန္ခံျခင္းကတိေတာ္ကို သူတို႔အဘို႔ ေအာက္ေမ့၍၊ ကရုဏာ ေတာ္မ်ားျပားသည့္အတိုင္း၊ ေနာင္တရေတာ္မူ၏။ ၄၆သူတို႔ကုိ ခ်ဳပ္သိမ္းထားသြားေသာ သူအေပါင္းတို႔သည္ သနားရၾက မည္အေၾကာင္းျပဳေတာ္မူ၏။ ၄၇အကြၽႏု္ပ္တို႔၏ ဘုရားသခင္ထာဝရဘုရား၊ သန္႔ရွင္း ေသာနာမေတာ္၏ ဂုဏ္ေက်းဇူးသည္ ႀကီးလွပါဘိဟု အကြၽႏု္ပ္တို႔သည္ ဝန္ခံ၍၊ ကိုယ္ေတာ္ကို ခ်ီးမြမ္းျခင္း၌ ဝါၾကြား ဝမ္းေျမာက္မည္အေၾကာင္း၊ အကြၽႏု္ပ္တို႔ကို ကယ္တင္လ်က္၊ တပါးအမိ်ဳးသားတို႔ထဲက ႏႈတ္ယူ၍ စုသိမ္းေတာ္ မူပါ။ ၄၈ဣသေရအမ်ိဳး၏ ဘုရားသခင္ ထာဝရဘုရားသည္ ကမၻာအဆက္ဆက္ မဂၤလာရွိေတာ္မူေစသတည္း။ လူခပ္ သိမ္းတို႔သည္ အာမင္ဟု ဝန္ခံၾကေစ။ ဟာေလလုယ။	Psalm 106 106:1, 47-48 pp—1Ch 16:34-36 1 Praise the LORD. Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever. 2 Who can proclaim the mighty acts of the LORD or fully declare his praise? 3 Blessed are they who maintain justice, who constantly do what is right. 4 Remember me, O LORD, when you show favor to your people, come to my aid when you save them, 5 that I may enjoy the prosperity of your chosen ones, that I may share in the joy of your nation and join your inheritance in giving praise. 6 We have sinned, even as our fathers did; we have done wrong and acted wickedly. 7 When our fathers were in Egypt, they gave no thought to your miracles; they did not remember your many kindnesses, and they rebelled by the sea, the Red Sea. 8 Yet he saved them for his name’s sake, to make his mighty power known. 9 He rebuked the Red Sea, and it dried up; he led them through the depths as through a desert. 10 He saved them from the hand of the foe; from the hand of the enemy he redeemed them. 11 The waters covered their adversaries; not one of them survived. 12 Then they believed his promises and sang his praise. 13 But they soon forgot what he had done and did not wait for his counsel. 14 In the desert they gave in to their craving; in the wasteland they put God to the test. 15 So he gave them what they asked for, but sent a wasting disease upon them. 16 In the camp they grew envious of Moses and of Aaron, who was consecrated to the LORD. 17 The earth opened up and swallowed Dathan; it buried the company of Abiram. 18 Fire blazed among their followers; a flame consumed the wicked. 19 At Horeb they made a calf and worshiped an idol cast from metal. 20 They exchanged their Glory for an image of a bull, which eats grass. 21 They forgot the God who saved them, who had done great things in Egypt, 22 miracles in the land of Ham and awesome deeds by the Red Sea. 23 So he said he would destroy them—had not Moses, his chosen one, stood in the breach before him to keep his wrath from destroying them. 24 Then they despised the pleasant land; they did not believe his promise. 25 They grumbled in their tents and did not obey the LORD. 26 So he swore to them with uplifted hand that he would make them fall in the desert, 27 make their descendants fall among the nations and scatter them throughout the lands. 28 They yoked themselves to the Baal of Peor and ate sacrifices offered to lifeless gods; 29 they provoked the LORD to anger by their wicked deeds, and a plague broke out among them. 30 But Phinehas stood up and intervened, and the plague was checked. 31 This was credited to him as righteousness for endless generations to come. 32 By the waters of Meribah they angered the LORD, and trouble came to Moses because of them; 33 for they rebelled against the Spirit of God, and rash words came from Moses’ lips. 34 They did not destroy the peoples as the LORD had commanded them, 35 but they mingled with the nations and adopted their customs. 36 They worshiped their idols, which became a snare to them. 37 They sacrificed their sons and their daughters to demons. 38 They shed innocent blood, the blood of their sons and daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan, and the land was desecrated by their blood. 39 They defiled themselves by what they did; by their deeds they prostituted themselves. 40 Therefore the LORD was angry with his people and abhorred his inheritance. 41 He handed them over to the nations, and their foes ruled over them. 42 Their enemies oppressed them and subjected them to their power. 43 Many times he delivered them, but they were bent on rebellion and they wasted away in their sin. 44 But he took note of their distress when he heard their cry; 45 for their sake he remembered his covenant and out of his great love he relented. 46 He caused them to be pitied by all who held them captive. 47 Save us, O LORD our God, and gather us from the nations, that we may give thanks to your holy name and glory in your praise. 48 Praise be to the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Let all the people say, “Amen!” Praise the LORD.
၁ဝ၇ ၁ထာဝရဘုရားသည္ ေကာင္းျမတ္ေတာ္မူ၍၊ ကရုဏာေတာ္အစဥ္အျမဲ တည္ေသာေၾကာင့္၊ ဂုဏ္ေက်းဇူး ေတာ္ကုိ ခ်ီးမြမ္း ၾကေလာ့။ ၂ရန္သူ၏လက္မွ ထာဝရဘုရားႏႈတ္၍ အေရွ႔အေနာက္ေတာင္ ေျမာက္ အရပ္ရပ္ထဲက စုသိမ္းေသာ သူတည္းဟူေသာ ၃ေရြးေတာ္မူေသာသူတို႔သည္ ဝန္ခံၾကေစ။ ၄သူတို႔သည္ ေတာတြင္ လူဆိတ္ညံရာ အရပ္၌လည္၍၊ ေနစရာၿမိဳ႔ သို႔ေရာက္ေသာလမ္းကို မေတြ႔ၾက။ ၅ဆာငတ္မြတ္သိပ္၍ စိတ္ပ်က္ၾက၏။ ၆ဆင္းရဲခံရေသာ အခါ ထာဝရဘုရားကို ေအာ္ဟစ္ ၍၊ ဆင္းရဲဒုကၡထဲက ဆယ္ႏႈတ္ေတာ္မူပါ။ ၇သူတို႔ေနစရာၿမိဳ႔သို႔ ေရာက္ေစျခင္းငွာ၊ ေျဖာင့္ေသာလမ္းျဖင့္ ပို႔ေဆာင္ေတာ္မူ၏။ ၈လူသားတို႔၌ ျပဳေတာ္မူေသာ ကရုဏာႏွင့္ အံ့ဘြယ္ေသာအမႈေတာ္တို႔ကို ေထာက္၍၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ဂုဏ္ေက်းဇူးေတာ္ကို ခ်ီးမြမး္ၾကေစ။ ၉အေၾကာင္းမူကား၊ ေတာင့္တေသာဝိညာဥ္ကို ေရာင့္ရဲေစ၍၊ မြတ္သိပ္ေသာဝိညာဥ္ကိုလည္း၊ေကာင္း ေသာအရာႏွင့္ ဝေစေတာ္မူ၏။ ၁ဝထုိသူတို႔သည္ ဘုရားသခင္၏ အမိန္႔ေတာ္ကုိ ျငင္းဆန္၍၊ ၁၁အျမင့္ဆံုးေသာဘုရား၏ အၾကံေတာ္ကို မထီမဲ့ ျမင္ျပဳေသာေၾကာင့္၊ ေမွာင္မိုက္၊ ေသမင္းအရိပ္၌ ထိုင္လ်က္ဒုကၡႏွင့္ ၄င္း၊ သံႀကိဳးႏွင့္၄င္း၊ ခ်ည္ေႏွာင္လ်က္ေနၾကရ၏။ ၁၂ဘုရားသခင္သည္ အမႈေရာက္ေစ၍၊ သူတို႔စိတ္ကိုႏွိမ့္ခ် ေတာ္မူ၏။ သူတို႔သည္လဲ၍ ေထာက္မေသာသူမရွိဘဲ ၁၃ဆင္းရဲခံရေသာအခါ ထာဝရ ဘုရားကိုေအာ္ဟစ္၍ ဆင္းရဲဒုကၡထဲက ကယ္တင္ေတာ္မူ၏။ ၁၄ေမွာင္မိုက္ႏွင့္ ေသမင္းအရိပ္ထဲက ထုတ္ေဆာင္၍ သူတို႔ ခ်ည္ေႏွာင္ျခင္းကို ေျဖေတာ္မူ၏။ ၁၅လူသားတို႔ျပဳမူေသာ ကရုဏာေတာ္ႏွင့္ အံ့ဘြယ္ေသာအမႈေတာ္တို႔ကို ေထာက္၍ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ဂုဏ္ေက်းဇူးေတာ္ကို ခ်ီးမြမ္းၾကေစ၊၊ ၁၆အေၾကာင္းမူကား၊ ေၾကးဝါတံခါးတို႔ကို ခ်ိဳး၍ သံကန္႔လန္႔ တို႔ကို အပိုင္းပို္င္းျဖတ္ေတာ္မူ၏၊၊ ၁၇မိုက္ေသာသေဘာရွိေသာသူတုိ႔သည္ လမ္းလဲြ၍ ဒုစရုိက္ကိုျပဳေသာေၾကာင့္ ဆင္းရဲျခင္းႏွင့္ ေတြ႔ႀကံဳရၾက ၏၊၊ ၁၈စားစရာမ်ဳိးကို ရြံ႕၍ ေသျခင္းတံခါးငါ့အနီးသို႔ ေရာက္ၾက၏၊၊ ၁၉ဆင္းရဲခံရေသာအခါ ထာဝရဘုရားကို ေအာ္ ဟစ္၍ ဆင္းရဲဒုကၡထဲက ကယ္တင္ေတာ္မူ၏၊၊ ၂ဝႏႈတ္ကပတ္ေတာ္ကို လႊတ္သျဖင့္ သူတို႔အနာကို ၿငိမ္းေစ၍ ဖ်က္ဆီး ျခင္း အရာမ်ားထဲက ႏႈတ္ယူေတာ္္မူ၏၊၊ ၂၁လူသားတုိ႔၌ ျပဳေတာ္မူေသာ ကရုဏာႏွင့္ အံ့ဘြယ္ေသာအမႈေတာ္တို႔ကို ေထာက္၍ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ဂုဏ္ေက်းဇူးေတာ္ကို ခ်ီးမြမ္းၾကေစ၊၊ ၂၂ေက်းဇူးေတာ္ဝန္ခံရာယဇ္ကို ပူေဇာ္၍ ရႊင္လန္း ေသာအသံႏွင့္တကြ အမႈေတာ္တို႔ကို ၾကားေျပာၾကေစ၊၊ ၂၃သေဘၤာစီးလ်က္ ပင္လယ္ကိုကူး၍ ေရမ်ားေပၚမွာ လုပ္ေဆာင္ေသာသူတို႔သည္ ၂၄နက္နဲရာအရပ္၌ ထာဝရဘုရား၏အမႈေတာ္တို႔ႏွင့္ အံ့ဘြယ္ေသာ အမႈေတာ္တို႔ကို ျမင္ရၾက၏၊၊ ၂၅အမိန္႔ေတာ္ရွိ၍ ေလျပင္းမုန္တိုင္း တိုက္သျဖင့္ လႈိင္းတံပိုးတို႔ကို ထေစ၏၊၊ ၂၆မိုဃ္းေကာင္းကင္တိုင္ေအာင္တက္လ်က္ နက္နဲရာထဲသို႔ ဆင္းလ်က္ေတြ႔ေသာ ေဘးေၾကာင့္ သူတုိ႔သည္ စိတ္ပ်က္ၾက၏၊၊ ၂၇တလည္လည္သြားလ်က္ ယစ္မူးေသာသူက့ဲသို႔ တိမ္းယိမ္းလ်က္ေန၍ ဥာဏ္တိမ္ျမဳပ္ျခင္းရွိၾက၏၊ ၂၈ဆင္းရဲခံရေသာအခါ ထာဝရဘုရားကို ေအာ္ဟစ္၍ ဆင္းရဲဒုကၡထဲက ထုတ္ေဆာင္ေတာ္ မူ၏၊၊ ၂၉ေလျပင္းကိုေပ်ာက္ေစေတာ္မူ၍ လႈိင္းတံပိုးမ်ားလည္းၿငိမ္ဝပ္ၾက၏၊၊ ၃ဝထိုသို႔ ၿငိမ္ဝပ္ေသာေၾကာင့္ သူတို႔သည္ ဝမ္းေျမာက္ၾက၏၊၊ အလိုရွိရာ သေဘၤာဆိပ္သို႔ ပို႔ေဆာင္ေတာ္မူ၏၊၊ ၃၁လူသားတို႔၌ ျပဳေတာ္မူေသာ ကရုဏာႏွင့္ အံ့ဘြယ္ေသာ အမႈေတာ္ တို႔ကို ေထာက္၍ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ဂုဏ္ေက်းဇူးေတာ္ကို ခ်ီးမြမ္းၾကေစ၊၊ ၃၂လူပရိသတ္ အလယ္မွာ ထာဝရဘုရားကို ေျမွာက္၍ အသက္ႀကီးသူတို႔၏ အစည္းအေဝး၌ ခ်ီးမြမ္းၾကေစ၊၊ ၃၃ျမစ္တို႔ကို လြင္ျပင္ျဖစ္ေစျခင္းငွါ၄င္း၊ စမ္းေရထြက္ရာအရပ္ကိုလည္း ေသြ႔ေျခာက္ေစျခင္းငွါ၄င္း ျပဳေတာ္မူ၏၊ ၃၄ေျမေကာင္းေသာ ျပည္ကို ျပည္သူျပည္သားတို႔၏ အျပစ္ေၾကာင့္ ဆားေျမျဖစ္ေစေတာ္မူ၏၊၊ ၃၅တဖန္လြင္ျပင္ကိုေရႏွင့္ ျပည့္ေစျခင္းငွါ၄င္း၊ ေသြ႔ေျခာက္ေသာအရပ္ကို စမ္းေရထြက္ေစျခင္းငွါ၄င္း၊ ျပဳေတာ္မူ၏၊၊ ၃၆ထိုအရပ္၌လည္း ငတ္မြတ္ ေသာ သူတို႔ကို ေနရာခ်ေတာ္မူ၍ သူတိုု႔သည္ မိမိေနစရာဘို႔ ၿမိဳ႔ကိုတည္ၾက၏၊၊ ၃၇လယ္လုပ္လ်က္ စပ်စ္ဥယ်ာဥ္ကုိ လည္း စုိက္ပ်ိဳးလ်က္ ေျမအသီးအႏွံတို႔ကို ျပဳစုၾက၏၊၊ ၃၈ေကာင္းႀကီးေပးေတာ္မူ၍ သူတို႔သည္ အလြန္ပြားမ်ားၾက ၏။ သူတို႔ႏြားမ်ားကိုလည္း ေလ်ာ့ေစတာ္မမူ၊၊ ၃၉တဖန္သူတို႔သည္ ေလ်ာ့၍ ညွင္းဆဲျခင္း၊ ၿငိဳျငင္ျခင္း၊ စိတ္ပူပန္ျခင္းအား ျဖင့္ ႏွိမ့္ခ်လ်က္ ေနရၾက၏။ ၄ဝမင္းသားတို႔ကို အရွက္ခဲြ၍ လမ္းမရွိေသာ ေတာအရပ္၌ လည္ေစေတာ္မူ၏၊၊ ၄၁ဆင္းရဲေသာသူကိုလည္း ဒုကၡမွ ထေျမာက္ေစ၍ သိုးစုကဲ့သို႔ အိမ္ေထာင္ပြားမ်ားေစေတာ္မူ၏၊၊ ၄၂ေျဖာင့္မတ္ေသာသူတို႔သည္ ျမင္၍ ဝမ္းေျမာက္ၾက၏၊၊ ခပ္သိမ္းေသာ ဒုစရုိက္သည္လည္း မိမိႏႈတ္ကို ပိတ္ရ၏၊၊ ၄၃အၾကင္သူသည္ ပညာ ရွိ၏၊၊ ထိုသူသည္ ဤအမႈအရာတို႔ကို ဆင္ျခင္၍ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ကရုဏာေက်းဇူူးေတာ္ကို နားလည္လိမ့္မည္။	Psalm 107 1 Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever. 2 Let the redeemed of the LORD say this—those he redeemed from the hand of the foe, 3 those he gathered from the lands, from east and west, from north and south. 4 Some wandered in desert wastelands, finding no way to a city where they could settle. 5 They were hungry and thirsty, and their lives ebbed away. 6 Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, and he delivered them from their distress. 7 He led them by a straight way to a city where they could settle. 8 Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men, 9 for he satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things. 10 Some sat in darkness and the deepest gloom, prisoners suffering in iron chains, 11 for they had rebelled against the words of God and despised the counsel of the Most High. 12 So he subjected them to bitter labor; they stumbled, and there was no one to help. 13 Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress. 14 He brought them out of darkness and the deepest gloom and broke away their chains. 15 Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men, 16 for he breaks down gates of bronze and cuts through bars of iron. 17 Some became fools through their rebellious ways and suffered affliction because of their iniquities. 18 They loathed all food and drew near the gates of death. 19 Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress. 20 He sent forth his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave. 21 Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men. 22 Let them sacrifice thank offerings and tell of his works with songs of joy. 23 Others went out on the sea in ships; they were merchants on the mighty waters. 24 They saw the works of the LORD, his wonderful deeds in the deep. 25 For he spoke and stirred up a tempest that lifted high the waves. 26 They mounted up to the heavens and went down to the depths; in their peril their courage melted away. 27 They reeled and staggered like drunken men; they were at their wits’ end. 28 Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, and he brought them out of their distress. 29 He stilled the storm to a whisper; the waves of the sea were hushed. 30 They were glad when it grew calm, and he guided them to their desired haven. 31 Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men. 32 Let them exalt him in the assembly of the people and praise him in the council of the elders. 33 He turned rivers into a desert, flowing springs into thirsty ground, 34 and fruitful land into a salt waste, because of the wickedness of those who lived there. 35 He turned the desert into pools of water and the parched ground into flowing springs; 36 there he brought the hungry to live, and they founded a city where they could settle. 37 They sowed fields and planted vineyards that yielded a fruitful harvest; 38 he blessed them, and their numbers greatly increased, and he did not let their herds diminish. 39 Then their numbers decreased, and they were humbled by oppression, calamity and sorrow; 40 he who pours contempt on nobles made them wander in a trackless waste. 41 But he lifted the needy out of their affliction and increased their families like flocks. 42 The upright see and rejoice, but all the wicked shut their mouths. 43 Whoever is wise, let him heed these things and consider the great love of the LORD.

၁ဝ၉ ၁အကြၽႏ္ုပ္ ခ်ီးမြမ္းေသာ ဘုရားသခင္၊ တိတ္ဆိတ္စြာေနေတာ္မမူပါႏွင့္၊ ၂မတရားေသာသူႏွင့္ သစၥာပ်က္ေသာ သူတို႔သည္ အကြၽႏ္ုပ္တဘက္၌ ႏႈတ္ကို ဖြင့္၍ မုသာစကားကို ေျပာဆိုၾကပါ၏၊၊ ၃မနာလိုေသာစိတ္ႏွင့္ စကားေျပာ လ်က္ အကြၽႏ္ုပ္ကို ဝိုင္း၍ အေၾကာင္းမရွိဘဲ စစ္တိုက္ၾကပါ၏၊ ၄အကြၽႏ္ုပ္ေမတၱာအတြက္ သူတို႔သည္ ရန္ဘက္ျပဳ ၾကပါ၏၊၊ အကြၽႏ္ုပ္မူကား ပဌနာျပဳလ်က္ ေနပါ၏၊၊ ၅အကြၽႏ္ုပ္ျပဳေသာ ေက်းဇူးအတြက္မေကာင္းေသာ အျပစ္ကို၄င္း အကြၽန္ုပ္ေမတၱာအတြက္ မုန္းျခင္းကို၄င္း ဆပ္ေပးၾကပါ၏၊၊ ၆ထိုသို႔ေသာ သူ၏ အေပၚမွာ မတရားေသာ သူကို ခန္႔ထားေတာ္မူပါ၊၊ သူ၏ လက္်ာနားမွာ ရန္သူေနပါ ေစ၊၊ ၇သူသည္ တရားစီရင္ျခင္းကို ခံရာတြင္ ရႈံးပါေစ၊၊ သူျပဳေသာ ပဌနာသည္ ျပစ္မွားျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါေစ၊၊၊ ၈သူ၏ အသက္တို ပါေစ၊၊ သူ၏ အရာကိုလည္း အျခားသူ ရပါေစ၊၊ ၉သူ၏ သားတို႔သည္ ဘသားဆိုး၊ မယားလည္း မုတ္ဆိုးမ ျဖစ္ပါေစ၊ ၁ဝသူ၏ သားတို႔သည္ အရပ္ရပ္လည္၍ သူေတာင္းစား ျဖစ္ပါေစ၊၊ ပ်က္စီးေသာမိမိတို႔ေနရာမ်ားမွ ထြက္၍ အစာကို ရွာၾကပါေစ၊၊ ၁၁သူ၌ရွိသမွ်ကို ေၾကြးရွင္ သိမ္းယူပါေစ၊၊ သူလုပ္၍ရေသာဥစၥာကိုုလည္း တပါးအမ်ိဳးသား လုယူပါေစ၊၊ ၁၂သူ၌ ေက်းဇူးျပဳေသာသူ သူ၏ ဘသားဆိုးတို႔ကို ကယ္မသနားေသာသူ တေယာက္မွ် မရွိပါေစႏွင့္၊၊ ၁၃သူ၏ အႏြယ္သည္ျပတ္ပါေစ၊၊ လူူမ်ိဳးဆင္းသက္၍ တဆက္တည္းတြင္ သူတို႔၏ နာမည္သည္ ေက်ေပ်ာက္ပါေစ၊၊ ၁၄သူတို႔ဘိုး ေဘးတို႔၏ ဒုစရိုက္ကို ထာဝရဘုရားသည္ သတိရေတာ္မူပါေစ၊၊ သူအမိ၏ အျပစ္သည္ မေျဖပါေစႏွင့္၊၊ ၁၅ထိုဒုစရုိက္ အျပစ္သည္ ထာဝရဘုရား ေရွ႕မွာ အစဥ္အၿမဲ ထင္ရွား၍ ေျမႀကီးေပၚမွာ ထိုသူတို႔ကို ေအာက္ေမ့စရာ အမွတ္္မွ် မရွိေစျခင္းငွါ ပယ္ရွား ေတာ္မူ ပါေစ၊၊ ၁၆အေၾကာင္းမူကား ထိုသူသည္ ကယ္မသနားျခင္းငွါ သတိမရွိ၊၊ ဆင္းရဲငတ္မြတ္ ၍ စိတ္ပ်က္ေသာသူကို ေသေစသည့္တိုင္ေအာင္ ၫ‡င္းဆဲၿပီ၊၊ ၁၇သူသည္ ကိ်န္ဆဲျခင္းကို ႏွစ္သက္သည္ႏွင့္အညီ သူ႔အေပၚသို႔ေရာက္ပါေစ၊၊ ေကာင္းႀကီးမဂၤလာကို အလိုမရွိသည္ အတိုင္း သူႏွင့္ ေဝးပါေစ၊၊ ၁၈အဝတ္ကို ဝတ္သကဲ့သို႔ က်ိန္ဆဲျခင္းကို ဝတ္ရပါေစ၊၊ ေရကဲ့သို႔ သူ၏ဝမ္းထဲသို႔ ၄င္း၊ ဆီကဲ့သို႔ သူ၏ အရုိးထဲသို႔၄င္း ဝင္ပါေစ၊၊ ၁၉ သူ႔၏ကိုယ္၌ ၿခံဳေသာ အဝတ္ကဲ့သို႔၄င္း၊ သူ၏ ခါး၌အစဥ္စည္းေသာ ခါးစည္းကဲ့သို႔၄င္း၊ သူ၌ ျဖစ္ပါေစ၊၊ ၂ဝငါ၏ ဝိညာဥ္တဘက္၌ မေကာင္းေသာစကားကို ေျပာတတ္ေသာ ငါ၏ရန္သူတုိ႔သည္ ထိုသို႔ေသာ အက်ိဳးကို ထာဝရ ဘုရားထံ ခံရၾကပါေစ။ ၂၁အို ဘုရားရွင္ ထာဝရဘုရား၊ နာမေတာ္အတြက္ေၾကာင့္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္အမႈကို ေစာင့္ေတာ္မူပါ၊ ကရုဏာေတာ္ ေကာင္းသည္ျဖစ္၍ အကြၽႏ္ုပ္ကို ကယ္ႏႈတ္ေတာ္မူပါ၊၊ ၂၂အကြၽႏ္ုပ္သည္ ဆင္းရဲငတ္မြတ္ပါ၏၊၊ အကြၽႏ္ုပ္အထဲ၌ ႏွလံုး နာလ်က္ ရွိပါ၏၊၊ ၂၃ရွည္လ်ားေသာအရိပ္ကဲ့သို႔ အကြၽႏ္ုပ္ေရြ႕သြားပါ၏၊၊ က်ိဳင္းေကာင္ကဲ့သို႔ လႈပ္ရွားလ်က္ ရွိပါ၏၊၊ ၂၄အစာမစားဘဲေနေသာေၾကာင့္ ဒူးဆစ္ႏုန္႔နဲ႔၍ အသားလည္း ေလ်ာ့ပါ၏၊၊ ၂၅အကြၽႏ္ုပ္သည္လည္း သူတပါးကဲ့ရဲ႕စရာ အေၾကာင္းျဖစ္၍ သူတို႔သည္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ကိုျမင္ေသာ အခါ ေခါင္းညိတ္ျခင္းကို ျပဳၾကပါ၏၊ ၂၆အကြၽႏ္ုပ္၏ ဘုရားသခင္ ထာဝရဘုရား အကြၽႏ္ုပ္ကို မစေတာ္မူပါ၊၊ ကရုဏာေတာ္ရွိသည္အတိုင္း ကယ္တင္ေတာ္မူပါ၊၊ ၂၇ထိုအမႈသည္ တန္ခိုးေတာ္ေၾကာင့္ျဖစ္၍ ထာဝရဘုရားတည္းဟူေသာ ကိုယ္ေတာ္စီရင္ေတာ္မူသည္ဟု ထိုသူတို႔သည္ သိၾကပါေစေသာ၊၊ ၂၈ထိုသူတို႔သည္ က်ိန္ဆဲေသာ္လည္း ကိုယ္ေတာ္မူကား ေကာင္းႀကီးေပးေတာ္မူပါ၊၊ သူတို႔သည္ထေသာ အခါ အရွက္ကဲြၾကပါေစေသာ၊၊ ကိုယ္ေတာ္၏ ကြၽန္မူကား၊ ဝမ္းေျမာက္ပါေစေသာ၊၊ ၂၉အကြၽႏ္ုပ္၏ရန္သူတို႔သည္ ရွက္ေၾကာက္ျခင္း အဝတ္ကို ဝတ္၍ ေစာင္ႏွင့္ ၿခံဳသကဲ့သို႔ မ်က္ႏွာပ်က္ျခင္းႏွင့္ ကုိယ္ကို ၿခံဳၾကပါေစေသာ၊၊ ၃ဝအကြၽႏ္ုပ္ သည္ ႏႈတ္ျမြက္ ၍ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ဂုဏ္ေက်းဇူးေတာ္ကို အလြန္ခ်ီးမြမ္းပါမည္၊၊ မ်ားစြာေသာ သူတို႔၏အလယ္မွာ ခ်ီးမြမ္းပါမည္၊၊ ၃၁အေၾကာင္းမူကား ဆင္းရဲေသာသူ၏ ဝိညာဥ္ကို အျပစ္စီရင္ေသာ သူတို႔လက္မွ ကယ္တင္ျခင္းငွါ သူ၏ လက္်ာဘက္မွာ ရပ္၍ ေနေတာ္မူတတ္၏၊၊	Psalm 109 For the director of music.
