ဆာလံက်မ္း၊၊ Psalms ၁-၃မတရားေသာ သူတို႔သည္သေဘာေျဖာင့္ေသာသူတို႔ကို မထင္မရွားပစ္အံ့ေသာငွါ ေလးကိုတင္၍ ေလးၫႈိ႔ေပၚမွာ ျမွားကိုျပင္ၾက၏၊၊ အမွီတကဲတို႔သည္ ပ်က္လွ်င္ ေျဖာင့္မတ္ေသာသူသည္ အဘယ္သို႔ ျပဳႏိုင္သနည္း။ ငါ့ဝိညာဥ္အား သင္သည္ ဌက္ကဲ့သို႔ကိုယ္ေနရာ ေတာင္ေပၚသို႔ ေျပးေခ်ဟု အဘယ္ေၾကာင့္ ေျပာၾကသနည္း။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည္ ငါခိုလႈံရာ ျဖစ္ေတာ္မူ၏၊၊ ၄ထာဝရဘုရားသည္ သန္႔ရွင္းေသာ ဗိမာန္ေတာ္၌ ရွိေတာ္မူ၏၊၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ပလႅင္ေတာ္သည္ ေကာင္းကင္ေပၚမွာတည္၏၊၊ မ်က္စိေတာ္သည္ ၾကည့္ရႈ၍ မ်က္ခမ္းေတာ္သည္ လူသားတို႔ ကို စစ္ေတာ္မူ၏၊၊ ၅ထာဝရဘုရားသည္ ေျဖာင့္မတ္ေသာသူကို စံုစမ္းေတာ္မူ၏၊၊ မတရားေသာသူႏွင့္ လုယူဖ်က္ဆီး လိုေသာသူကိုဝိညာဥ္ေတာ္သည္ မုန္းေတာ္မူ၏။ ၆မတရားေသာသူတို႔အေပၚမွာ ေတာက္ေသာ မီးခဲကန္႔ႏွင့္ ေရာေသာမီးလွ်ံ၊ ပူေလာင္ေသာ မုန္တိုင္းကို သက္ေရာက္ေစ၍ သူတို႔ေသာက္စရာဘို႔ စီရင္ေတာ္မူမည္၊၊ ၇တရားသျဖင့္ ျပဳေတာ္မူေသာ ထာဝရဘုရားသည္ တရားေသာအမႈကို ႏွစ္သက္၍ သေဘာေျဖာင့္ေသာသူကို မ်က္ႏွာျပဳေတာ္မူ၏။

How then can you say to me: “Flee like a bird to your mountain. 2 For look, the wicked bend their bows; they set their arrows against the strings to shoot from the shadows at the upright in heart. 3 When the foundations are being destroyed, what can the righteous do ?” 4 The LORD is in his holy temple; the LORD is on his heavenly throne. He observes the sons of men; his eyes examine them. 5 The LORD examines the righteous, but the wicked and those who love violence his soul hates. 6 On the wicked he will rain fiery coals and burning sulfur; a scorching wind will be their lot. 7 For the LORD is righteous, he loves justice; upright men will see his face. |

၁အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကယ္တင္ေတာ္မူပါ၊၊ သူေတာ္ေကာင္းမ်ိဳးသည္ ျပတ္၍ သစၥာရွိေသာလူမ်ိဳးသည္ လူသား တို႔တြင္ ကြယ္ေပ်ာက္ပါ၏၊၊ ၂အိမ္နီးခ်င္းတို႔သည္ တဦးကိုတဦး မုသာသံုး၍ ေခ်ာ့ေမာ့ေသာ ႏႈတ္ခမ္း၊ ႏွစ္ခြေသာ စိတ္ ႏွင့္ ေျပာတတ္ၾက၏၊၊ ၃ငါတို႔သည္ ကိုယ္လွ်ာအားျဖင့္ ႏိုင္မည္၊၊ ၄ကိုယ္ႏႈတ္ခမ္းသည္ ကိုယ္အမႈကို ေစာင့္လိမ့္မည္၊၊ ငါ့တိုု႔၏သခင္ကား အဘယ္သူနည္းဟု ေျပာဆိုေသာသူတို႔၏ ေခ်ာ့ေမာ့ေသာႏႈတ္ခမ္းနွင့္ ဝါၾကြားေသာလွ်ာရွိ သမွ်တို႔ကို ထာဝရဘုရားသည္ ျဖတ္ေတာ္မူမည္၊၊ ၅ဆင္းရဲေသာသူသည္ ခံရေသာညွင္းဆဲျခင္း၊ ငတ္မြတ္ေသာ သူ၏ငိုေၾကြးျခင္းေၾကာင့္ ယခုငါထမည္၊၊ ကဲ့ရဲ႕ျခင္းကို ခံရေသာ သူအား ခ်မ္းသာေပးမည္ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန္႔ေတာ္ မူ၏၊၊ ၆ထာဝရဘုရား မိန္႔ေတာ္မူခ်က္တို႔သည္ သန္႔ရွင္းျခင္းရွိ၍ ေျမႏွင့္ ကင္းစင္ေစျခင္းငွါ မိုက္၌ ခုႏွစ္ႀကိမ္စစ္ေသာ ေငြကဲ့သို႔ ျဖစ္ၾက၏၊ ၇အို ထာဝရဘုရား ကိုယ္ေတာ္သည္ ထိုသူတို႔ကို ဤလူမ်ိဳးမွ အစဥ္ကာကြယ္ေစာင့္မေတာ္မူ မည္၊၊ ၈ဆိုးယုတ္ေသာသူတို႔သည္ ေျမွာက္ျခင္းသို႔ ေရာက္သည္ကာလ မတရားေသာ သူတို႔သည္ အရပ္ရပ္လွည့္ လည္ရေသာ အခြင့္ရွိၾက၏၊၊

Psalm 16 A miktam of David. 1 Keep me safe, O God, for in you I take refuge. 2 I said to the LORD, “You are my Lord; apart from you I have no good thing.” 3 As for the saints who are in the land, they are the glorious ones in whom is all my delight. 4 The sorrows of those will increase who run after other gods. I will not pour out their libations of blood or take up their names on my lips. 5 LORD, you have assigned me my portion and my cup; you have made my lot secure. 6 The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance. 7 I will praise the LORD, who counsels me; even at night my heart instructs me. 8 I have set the LORD always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken. 9 Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest secure, 10 because you will not abandon me to the grave, nor will you let your Holy One see decay. 11 You have made known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. |

၁အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ တရားေသာဘက္မွေန၍ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ေအာ္ဟစ္ျခင္းကို မွတ္ေတာ္မူပါ၊၊ မလွည့္စားတတ္ ေသာ ႏႈတ္ႏွင့္ ဆုေတာင္းေသာ ပဌနာစကားကို နားေထာင္ေတာ္မူပါ၊၊ ၂ကိုယ္ေတာ္တိုင္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ကို စီရင္၍ ေျဖာင့္ မတ္ေသာ အရာကိုေထာက္ရႈေတာ္မူပါ၊၊ ၃အကြၽႏု္ပ္ႏွလံုးကို စစ္ေဆးေတာ္မူပါ၊၊ ညဥ့္အခါ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ကို အၾကည့္အရႈ ၾကြလာေတာ္မူပါ၊၊ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ကိုစစ္ေၾကာေသာအခါ အဘယ္အျပစ္ကိုမွ် ေတြ႔ေတာ္မမူရာ၊၊ အကြၽႏု္ပ္အႀကံအစည္သည္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္စကားႏွင့္ မျခားမနားပါ၊၊ ၄လူျပဳတတ္ေသာ အမႈမ်ားမွာ ဖ်က္ဆီးတတ္ေသာသူ၏ လမ္းတို႔ကို ႏႈတ္ကပတ္ ေတာ္အားျဖင့္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ေရွာင္ပါၿပီ၊၊ ၅လမ္းခရီးေတာ္၌ အကြၽႏု္ပ္သြားစဥ္တြင္ ေျခမေခ်ာ္ေစျခင္းငွါ ေထာက္မေတာ္မူပါ၊ ၆အိုဘုရားသခင္၊ ကိုယ္ေတာ္သည္ နားေထာင္ေတာ္မူတတ္ေသာေၾကာင့္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္သည္ ေတာင္းေလွ်ာက္ပါ၏၊ နားေတာ္ကိုလွည့္၍ အကြၽႏု္ပ္စကားကို နာယူေတာ္မူပါ၊၊ ၇ကိုယ္ေတာ္ကို ခိုလႈံေသာ သူတို႔ကို သူပုန္တို႔လက္မွ လက္်ာလက္ေတာ္အားျဖင့္ ကယ္ႏႈတ္ေတာ္မူေသာ ဘုရား၊ ထူးဆန္းေသာ ေမတၱာေက်းဇူးေတာ္ကို ျပေတာ္္မူပါ၊၊ ၈-၉အကြၽႏု္ပ္ကို ၫ‡င္းဆဲေသာ လူဆိုးတည္းဟူေသာ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ကို ဝိုင္း၍ သတ္လိုေသာ ရန္သူတို႔လက္မွ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ကို လြတ္ေစျခင္းငွါ မ်က္ဆန္ကဲ့သို႔ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ကို ေစာင့္ မေတာ္မူပါ၊၊ အေတာင္ေတာ္အရိပ္ထဲမွာ ဖံုးအုပ္ေတာ္မူပါ၊၊ ၁ဝသူတို႔သည္ မိမိတို႔ ဆူဝျခင္းကို ကိုးစား၍ ေထာင္လႊား ေစာ္ကားစြာ ေျပာဆိုၾကပါ၏၊၊ ၁၁အကြၽႏု္ပ္တို႔သြားေသာလမ္းကို ယခုဝိုင္းမိၾကပါၿပီ၊၊ အကြၽႏု္ပ္တို႔ကို ေျမေပၚမွာ လဲွျခင္းငွါ မ်က္စိႏွင့္ ရြယ္ၾကပါ၏၊၊ ၁၂ဘမ္းမိေသာ အေကာင္ကို စားခ်င္အားႀကီးေသာ ျခေသၤ့ကဲ့သို႔၄င္း၊ ဆိတ္ကြယ္ရာ အရပ္၌ ေခ်ာင္း၍ ေနေသာ ျခေသၤ့ပ်ိဳကဲ့သို႔၄င္း ျဖစ္ၾကပါ၏၊၊ ၁၃အိုထာဝရဘုရား ထေတာ္မူပါ၊၊ သူတို႔ကို ဆီးတား၍ လွဲခ်ေတာ္မူပါ၊၊ မတရားေသာသူတို႔လက္မွ အကြၽႏု္ပ္အသက္ကို ထားေတာ္ျဖင့္ ကယ္လႊတ္ေတာ္မူပါ၊၊ ၁၄အိုထာဝရ ဘုရား ေလာကီသားျဖစ္ေသာ ထိုလူတို႔လက္မွ အကြၽႏု္ပ္အသက္ကို လက္ေတာ္ျဖင့္ ကယ္လႊတ္ေတာ္မူပါ၊ ထိုသူတို႔ သည္ ယခုဘဝမွာ မိမိတို႔အဘို႔ကို ခံရၾကပါ၏၊၊ သူတို႔အလိုကို ဘ႑ေတာ္ႏွင့္ ျပည့္စံုေစေတာ္မူ၏၊၊ သူတို႔ သားသမီးတုိ႔ သည္လည္း ၾကြယ္ဝ၍ ေျမးျမစ္ စသည္တို႔၌ မိမိတို႔ဥစၥာကို ခ်န္ထားၾကပါ၏။ ၁၅အကြၽႏု္ပ္မူကား ေျဖာင့္္မတ္၍ မ်က္ႏွာေတာ္ကို ဖူးျမင္ရပါလိမ့္မည္၊၊ ႏိုးေသာအခါ ပံုသ႑ာန္ေတာ္အားျဖင့္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္အလို ျပည့္စံုရပါလိမ့္မည္။

မီးေလာင္ေသာအားျဖင့္ မီးခဲေတာက္ေလ၏၊၊ ၉မိုဃ္းေကာင္း ကင္ကို ၫြတ္သျဖင့္ ဆင္းသက္ေတာ္မူ၍ ေျခဘဝါးေတာ္ေအာက္၌ ေမွာင္မိုက္ျဖစ္ေလ၏၊၊ ၁ဝေခရုဗိမ္ကို စီးလ်က္ ပ်ံေတာ္မူ၏၊၊ ေလ၏ အေတာင္တို႔အေပၚမွာ လွ်င္ျမန္စြာ ေက်ာက္ရွိသနည္း၊၊ ၃၂ ထိုဘုရားသခင္ သည္ ငါ့ကို ခြန္အား ခါးပန္းႏွင့္စည္း၍ ငါသြားရာ လမ္းကို ေျဖာင့္ေစေတာ္မူ၏၊၊ ၃၃ငါ့ေျခကို သမင္ေျခကဲ့သို႔ လ်င္ျမန္ေစေတာ္မူ၍ ငါ၏ျမင့္ရာ အရပ္ေပၚမွာ င့ါကိုတင္ထားေတာ္မူ၏၊၊ သည္းခံေတာ္မူျခင္းအားျဖင့္ အကြၽႏုုပ္သည္ ေျမွာက္ျခင္းသို႔ ေရာက္ပါ၏၊၊ ၃၆အကြၽႏု္ပ္သြားေသာလမ္းကို ရွင္းလင္း၍ ေျခမေခ်ာ္ေစျခင္းငွါ ျပဳေတာ္မူေသာအားျဖင့္ ၃၇အကြၽႏု္ပ္သည္ ရန္သူတို႔ကို လိုက္၍မီွသျဖင့္ သူတို႔ကို မပယ္ရွင္းမွီတိုင္ ေအာင္ မျပန္ပါ၊၊ ၃၈သူတို႔သည္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ေျခ ေအာက္မွာ လဲလ်က္ရွိ၍ မထႏိုင္ေအာင္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္သည္ ႏွိပ္ႏွင္းပါ၏။ ၃၉အေၾကာင္းမူကား စစ္တိုက္ေစျခင္းငွါ ကိုယ္ေတာ္သည္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ကို ခြန္အားခါးပန္းႏွင့္စည္း၍ အကြၽႏ္ုပ္တဘက္၌ ထေသာသူတို႔ကို အကြၽႏု္ပ္ေအာက္မွာ လွဲေတာ္မူ၏၊၊ ၄ဝအကြၽႏု္ပ္ကိုမုန္းေသာရန္သူတို႔၏လည္ပင္းကို အကြၽႏ္ုပ္၌ အပ္၍ ဖ်က္ဆီးရေသာ အခြင့္ကို ေပးေတာ္မူ၏၊၊ ၄၁သူတို႔သည္ေအာ္ဟစ္ၾကေသာအခါ ကယ္တင္ေသာ သူမရွိ ထာဝရဘုရား ကိုေအာ္ဟစ္ေသာ္လည္း ထူးေတာ္မမူ၊၊ ၄၂ထိုအခါ အကြၽႏု္ပ္သည္သူတို႔ကို ေလတိုက္ေသာ ေျမမႈန္႔ ကိုကဲ့သို႔၊ ညက္ညက္ေခ်ၿပီးမွ၊ လမ္း၌အမႈိက္ကိုကဲ့သို႔ သြန္ပစ္ေလ၏။ ၄၃လူစုတို႔သည္ ဆိုင္ၿပိဳင္တုိက္လွန္ျခင္းမွ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ကုိုကယ္လႊတ္၍ တပါးအမ်ဳိးသားတုိ႔၏ အကဲအမွဴးအရာ၌ ခန္႔ထားေတာ္မူေသာအားျဖင့္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္မသိဘူးေသာ လူစုသည္အကြၽႏု္ပ္ထံ၌ ကြၽန္ခံပါ၏၊၊ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ စကားသံကို ၾကားသည္ ခဏျခင္းတြင္နားေထာင္ပါ၏။ တပါးအမ်ိဳးသားတို႔သည္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ကိုေတာင္းပန္ၾကပါ၏။ ၄၅ညွိဳးႏြမ္းသည္ ျဖစ္၍ ခိုလႈံရာအရပ္ထဲက တုန္လႈပ္လ်က္ထြက္ၾကပါ၏၊၊ ၄၆ထာဝရဘုရားသည္ အသက္ရွင္ေတာ္မူသည္ ျဖစ္၍ငါ၏ေက်ာက္၌မဂၤလာရွိပါေစသတည္း။ ငါ့ကို ကယ္တင္ေတာ္မူေသာ ဘုရားသခင္၌ ေျမွာက္ျခင္းရွိပါေစသတည္း။ ၄၇ငါ့ဘက္၌တရားသျဖင့္ စီရင္၍ လူစုတုိ႔ကို ငါ့ေအာက္မွာ နိမ့္ခ်ေသာသူကား ဘုရားသခင္ေပတည္း။ ၄၈ရန္သူတို႔ လက္မွငါ့ကို ကယ္လႊတ္ေတာ္မူ၏။ အကြၽႏု္ပ္တ ဘက္၌ ထေသာသူတို႔အေပၚသို႔ ကိုယ္ေတာ္သည္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ကို္ ေျမွာက္တင္၍လုယူဖ်က္ဆီးတတ္ေသာ သူ၏လက္ မွကယ္လႊတ္ေတာ္မူ၏။ ၄၉ထုိေၾကာင့္ အိုထာဝရဘုရား အကြၽႏု္ပ္သည္တပါးအမ်ဳိးသားတို႔တြင္ ေက်းဇူးေတာ္ ကိုခ်ီးမြမ္း ၍ နာမေတာ္ကုိေထာမနာ သီခ်င္းဆုိပါမည္။ ၅ဝဘုရားသခင္သည္ မိမိခန္႔ထားေသာ မင္းႀကီးကိုအထူးသျဖင့္ ကယ္လႊတ္ေတာ္မူသည္။ ဘိသိက္ေတာ္ကို ခံရေသာဒါဝိဒ္မွစ၍ အမ်ဳိးအႏြယ္အား ကာလအစဥ္အဆက္ ကရုဏာ ေက်းဇူးကိုျပဳေတာ္မူ၏။

From his temple he heard my voice; my cry came before him, into his ears. 7 The earth trembled and quaked, and the foundations of the mountains shook; they trembled because he was angry. 8 Smoke rose from his nostrils; consuming fire came from his mouth, burning coals blazed out of it. 9 He parted the heavens and came down; dark clouds were under his feet. 10 He mounted the cherubim and flew; he soared on the wings of the wind. 11 He made darkness his covering, his canopy around him—the dark rain clouds of the sky. 12 Out of the brightness of his presence clouds advanced, with hailstones and bolts of lightning. 13 The LORD thundered from heaven; the voice of the Most High resounded. 14 He shot his arrows and scattered the enemies , great bolts of lightning and routed them. 15 The valleys of the sea were exposed and the foundations of the earth laid bare at your rebuke, O LORD, at the blast of breath from your nostrils. 16 He reached down from on high and took hold of me; he drew me out of deep waters. 17 He rescued me from my powerful enemy, from my foes, who were too strong for me. 18 They confronted me in the day of my disaster, but the LORD was my support. 19 He brought me out into a spacious place; he rescued me because he delighted in me. 20 The LORD has dealt with me according to my righteousness; according to the cleanness of my hands he has rewarded me. 21 For I have kept the ways of the LORD; I have not done evil by turning from my God. 22 All his laws are before me; I have not turned away from his decrees. 23 I have been blameless before him and have kept myself from sin. 24 The LORD has rewarded me according to my righteousness, according to the cleanness of my hands in his sight. 25 To the faithful you show yourself faithful, to the blameless you show yourself blameless, 26 to the pure you show yourself pure, but to the crooked you show yourself shrewd. 27 You save the humble but bring low those whose eyes are haughty. 28 You, O LORD, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light. 29 With your help I can advance against a troop;with my God I can scale a wall. 30 As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is flawless. He is a shield for all who take refuge in him. 31 For who is God besides the LORD? And who is the Rock except our God? 32 It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way perfect. 33 He makes my feet like the feet of a deer; he enables me to stand on the heights. 34 He trains my hands for battle; my arms can bend a bow of bronze. 35 You give me your shield of victory, and your right hand sustains me; you stoop down to make me great. 36 You broaden the path beneath me, so that my ankles do not turn. 37 I pursued my enemies and overtook them; I did not turn back till they were destroyed. 38 I crushed them so that they could not rise; they fell beneath my feet. 39 You armed me with strength for battle; you made my adversaries bow at my feet. 40 You made my enemies turn their backs in flight, and I destroyed my foes. 41 They cried for help, but there was no one to save them— to the LORD, but he did not answer. 42 I beat them as fine as dust borne on the wind; I poured them out like mud in the streets. 43 You have delivered me from the attacks of the people; you have made me the head of nations; people I did not know are subject to me. 44 As soon as they hear me, they obey me; foreigners cringe before me. 45 They all lose heart; they come trembling from their strongholds. 46 The LORD lives! Praise be to my Rock! Exalted be God my Savior! 47 He is the God who avenges me, who subdues nations under me, 48 who saves me from my enemies. You exalted me above my foes; from violent men you rescued me. 49 Therefore I will praise you among the nations, O LORD; I will sing praises to your name. 50 He gives his king great victories; he shows unfailing kindness to his anointed, to David and his descendants forever. |

၁မုိဃ္းေကာင္းကင္သည္ ဘုရားသခင္၏ဘုန္းအသေရေတာ္ကို ၾကားေျပာ၍ မိုဃ္းမ်က္ႏွာက်က္သည္ လက္ေတာ္ႏွင့္ လုပ္ေသာအရာမ်ားကို ျပသ၏။ ၂တေန႔ကိုတေန႔ျမြက္ဆို၍ တညဥ့္ကိုတညဥ့္သြန္သင္၏။ ၃ႏႈတ္ျမြက္ ျခင္း၊စကားေျပာျခင္းမရွိ။ သူတို႔ႏႈတ္ထြက္သံကုိ မၾကားရေသာ္လည္း၊ ၄သူတို႔၏အသံသည္ ေျမတျပင္လံုး၌ႏွံျပား၍ သူတို႔၏စကားသည္ ေျမႀကီးစြန္းတိုင္ေအာင္ေရာက္ေလ၏၊၊ ၅မိုဃ္းေကာင္းကင္တြင္ ေနဗိမာန္ကို ထားေတာ္မူသျဖင့္ ေနသည္အိပ္ခန္းထဲက ထြက္လာေသာ မဂၤလာေဆာင္လုလင္ကဲ့သို႔ျဖစ္၍ ခြန္အားႀကီးေသာသူကဲ့သုိ႔ မိမိသြားရာ လမ္းသုိ႔ လိုက္ေျပးမည္ ဟုဝမ္းေျမာက္လ်က္။ ၆မိုဃ္းေကာင္းကင္ တစြန္းမွထြက္လာ၍ တစြန္းတိုင္ေအာင္လွည့္ပတ္ ေသာအားျဖင့္ သူ၏အပူအရွိန္မွ ကြယ္လြတ္ေသာ အရာတစံုတခုမွ်မရွိ။ ၇ထာဝရဘုရား၏ တရားေတာ္သည္စံုလင္သည္ျဖစ္၍ စိတ္ဝိညာဥ္ကို ျပဳျပင္တတ္၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ သက္ေသခံေတာ္မူခ်က္သည္ ဟုတ္မွန္သည္ျဖစ္၍ မလိမၼာေသာသူတို႔ကို လိမၼာေစတတ္၏။ ၈ထာဝရဘုရား၏ နည္းဥပေဒသတို႔သည္ ေျဖာင့္မတ္သည္ျဖစ္၍ စိတ္ႏွလံုးကိုရႊင္လန္းေစတတ္၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ပညတ္ေတာ္သည္ စင္ၾကယ္သည္ျဖစ္၍ မ်က္စိကိုရွင္းလင္းေစတတ္၏၊၊ ၉ထာဝရဘုရားကို ေၾကာက္ရြံ႔ျခင္းသေဘာသည္ သန္႔ရွင္းသည္ျဖစ္၍ ကာလအစဥ္အျမဲတည္၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ စီရင္ေတာ္မူခ်က္တို႔သည္ သစၥာတရားႏွင့္ညီ၍ တညီတ ၫြတ္တည္း ေျဖာင့္မတ္ၾက၏၊၊ ၁ဝေရႊထက္မက မ်ားစြာေသာေရႊစင္ထက္ႏွစ္သက္ဘြယ္ ျဖစ္၍ပ်ားရည္ထက္မက ပ်ားလပို႔ထက္ ခ်ဳိၾက၏။ ၁၁တရားေတာ္ အားျဖင့္ ကိုယ္ေတာ္၏ကြၽန္သည္ သတိရ၍ တရားေစာင့္ျခင္း အက်ဳိးသည္ ႀကီးလွပါ၏။ ၁၂မိမိမွားယြင္းျခင္းကို အဘယ္သူသည္ နားလည္ႏုိင္သနည္း၊၊ မထင္ရွားေသာ ဒုစရုိက္အျပစ္ႏွင့္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ ကို ကင္းစင္ေစ၍၊ ၁၃ရဲရင့္ေသာဒုစရုိက္ကိုလည္း ကိုယ္ေတာ္၏ကြၽန္သည္ မျပဳရမည္အေၾကာင္းကို ဆီးတားေတာ္မူပါ။ ဒုစရုိက္အျပစ္သည္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ကိုအစိုးမရပါေစႏွင့္။ ထုိသို႔ေသာအားျဖင့္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္သည္ ေျဖာင့္မတ္ျခင္းရွိ၍ ႀကီးစြာေသာျပစ္မွားျခင္းႏွင့္ ကင္းလြတ္ရပါလိမ့္မည္။ ၁၄အကြၽႏု္ပ္ေျပာေသာစကားႏွင့္ စိတ္ႏွလံုး၏ အၾကံအစည္သည္ ေရွ႔ေတာ္၌ႏွစ္သက္ဘြယ္ျဖစ္ပါေစေသာ။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား အကြၽႏု္ပ္၏ ေက်ာက္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ကို ေရြးႏႈတ္ေတာ္မူေသာ ဘုရား။ |
Psalm 19 For the director of music. A psalm of David. 1 The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. 2 Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge. 3 There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard. 4 Their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world. In the heavens he has pitched a tent for the sun, 5 which is like a bridegroom coming forth from his pavilion, like a champion rejoicing to run his course. 6 It rises at one end of the heavens and makes its circuit to the other; nothing is hidden from its heat. 7 The law of the LORD is perfect, reviving the soul. The statutes of the LORD are trustworthy, making wise the simple. 8 The precepts of the LORD are right, giving joy to the heart. The commands of the LORD are radiant, giving light to the eyes. 9 The fear of the LORD is pure, enduring forever. The ordinances of the LORD are sure and altogether righteous. 10 They are more precious than gold, than much pure gold; they are sweeter than honey, than honey from the comb. 11 By them is your servant warned; in keeping them there is great reward. 12 Who can discern his errors? Forgive my hidden faults. 13 Keep your servant also from willful sins; may they not rule over me. Then will I be blameless, innocent of great transgression. 14 May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, O LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer. |

၁ေဘးအႏၱရာယ္ေရာက္ေသာကာလ၌ ထာဝရဘုရားသည္ ကိုယ္ေတာ္စကားကိုနားေထာင္၍ ယာကုပ္၏ ဘုရားသခင္ နာမေတာ္သည္ ေျမွာက္ေတာ္မူပါေစေသာ။ ၂သန္႔ရွင္းရာဌာနေတာ္ထဲက ကူညီ၍ ဇိအုန္ေတာင္ ေပၚက ေထာက္ပင့္ေတာ္မူပါေစေသာ။ ၃ကုိယ္ေတာ္၏ပူေဇာ္သကၠာ အလံုးစံုတို႔ကို ေအာက္ေမ့၍ မီးရႈိ႔ေသာယဇ္ကို လက္ခံေတာ္မူပါေစေသာ။ ၄ကိုယ္ေတာ္၏စိတ္ အလုိရွိသည္အတိုင္း ေပးသနား၍ အႀကံအစည္ေတာ္ ရွိသမွ်တို႔ကို ျပည့္စံုေစျခင္းငွါ ျပဳေတာ္မူပါေစေသာ။ ၅ကိုယ္ေတာ္၏ ကယ္တင္ျခင္းေၾကာင့္ အကြၽႏု္ပ္ တို႔သည္ဝမ္းေျမာက္၍ အကြၽႏု္ပ္တို႔ဘုရားသခင္၏ အခြင့္ႏွင့္ အလံကို ထူၾကလိမ့္မည္၊၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည္ ကိုယ္ေတာ္ဆုေတာင္းသမွ်အတိုင္း ေက်းဇူးျပဳေတာ္မူပါေစေသာ၊၊ ၆ထာဝရဘုရားေပးေတာ္မူ၍ ဘိသိက္ခံေသာသူအား ကယ္တင္ေတာ္မူေၾကာင္းကို၄င္း၊ လက္်ာလက္ ေတာ္ ကယ္တင္ျခင္းအစြမ္းႏွင့္ ထိုသူ၏ စကားကို သန္႔ရွင္းေသာ ေကာင္းကင္ေပၚမွာ နားေထာင္ေတာ္ မူေၾကာင္းကို၄င္း ယခုငါသိ၏၊၊ ၇အခ်ိဳ႔ေသာ သူတို႔သည္ ရထားကို၄င္း၊ အခ်ိဳ႔တို႔သည္ ျမင္းကို၄င္း ခ်ီးမြမ္းတတ္ၾက၏၊၊ ငါတို႔မူကား ငါတို႔ ဘုရားသခင္တည္းဟူေသာ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ နာမေတာ္ကို ခ်ီးမြမ္းၾကလိမ့္မည္၊၊ ၈သူတို႔သည္ ႏွိမ့္ခ်၍ လဲလ်က္ ရွိၾက၏၊ ငါတို႔မူကားထ၍ မတ္တပ္ေနၾက၏၊ အိုထာဝရဘုရား မင္းႀကီးကို ကယ္တင္ေတာ္မူပါ၊၊ ၉အကြၽႏု္ပ္တို႔ေခၚ ေသာအခါ နားေထာင္ေတာ္မူပါ၊၊

A psalm of David. 1 May the LORD answer you when you are in distress; may the name of the God of Jacob protect you. 2 May he send you help from the sanctuary and grant you support from Zion. 3 May he remember all your sacrifices and accept your burnt offerings. Selah 4 May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed. 5 We will shout for joy when you are victorious and will lift up our banners in the name of our God. May the LORD grant all your requests. 6 Now I know that the LORD saves his anointed; he answers him from his holy heaven with the saving power of his right hand. 7 Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the LORD our God. 8 They are brought to their knees and fall, but we rise up and stand firm. 9 O LORD, save the king!
